Authors POV:
Looking at the unfamiliar woman in front of him, Hansel was quiet suspicious of her. "What's her name then?" He tested her with a question just to make sure.

She chuckles at his silly question, but answered it anyway. "Hannah. You can call me, Vivian." Vivian maintains her repose smile on him, making him nod in acknowledgment. He does recall his sister mentioning that name, resulting him to finally believing her.

Now looking at her with his eyes showing desperation, he asks the question he wanted to know the answer to the most.
"Do you know what happened to noona?"

The question made Vivians smile slowly fade, replacing it with a tight one. "I'm wondering the same thing as well. I have filled a report to the police, and they said they will update me if they find out something, but so far, I've heard absolutely nothing from them."

"They closed the case." He immediately responds, making Vivian look at him with one of her eyebrows raised, expressing her confusion.

"What?" She blankly said.

"That's what they told me. I actually just came here from there."

"They didn't inform me at all. So, you're telling me that I've wasted waiting for them this whole time." Vivians gaps her mouth, her facial expressions showing clear disbelief at the recieved information.

"That's straight up bullshit. Did they even tell you why they closed the case?" Not believing her own words.

"Not at all. They didn't want to give an ounce of detail. Have the police here in the city always been this unprofessional?!"

"I just want to see noona again, even if it meant just seeing her face.." His voice slightly shakes, makiing Vivian look at him with a slight pout, revealing him her concern and worry.

He has never had no contact with his sister this long, hence why he can't help but to get slightly emotional.

She was just as upset as he was, but as he was her coworkers younger brother, she decided to stay strong from him and hold back her almost coming tears.

Patting his shoulder in attempt to comfort him: "We will find her. I'll make sure of it." She determines.

"How? Her apartment is off limits, the police here are shit, there is no other place I can think of." He tiredly says, feeling useless.

Flashback from 5 years ago:
Walking into the cafeteria to get his food, 12 year old Hansel sighed as he mentally counted it was the npth time he was going to spend the break time at school alone.

He wasn't always alone though. He used to have a close group of friends whom he cherished since kindergarten, but that changed when a bunch of boys from the higher grades started to pick on him.
