21st aug, Sunday (5 days to go)
Taehyung entered the kitchen while pulling Kook with him, and made the pretty boy sit on a stool near the counter.
"You, my babie... will supervise me and guide me. Jagi will do the rest, okay?"
Taehyung flicked Kook's chin and Kook smiled shyly before nodding. Tae nodded and then looked around the kitchen, his hands on either side of his hips as he wondered,
"What should we make though?"
Kook decided to help him choose the dish because Kook knew how talented his Jagi was when it came to cooking, so he spoke up, giving pretty easy options,
"Let's make vegetable soup. We have left-over Kimchi Fried Rice from the afternoon... and we can also make some ramen... we all ate a lot in the afternoon so these simple recipes will be a good enough choice, I think..."
Taehyung gave it a thought and soon hummed in agreement before he started wearing his apron, "You are right, bun. Let's make soup first. Where should I start from?" Tae asked while tying the knots of the apron at his back while looking at his babie— who replied back while taking a chopping board and a knife in his hands, "You start with ramen... Until then, I will chop off the vegetables for you, which will be used in soup..."
Taehyung agreed instantly and took a pot before he started filling it with water, "Let's make ramen then...just wait and watch babie, I will make sure you all lick off your chopsticks... it will be that tasty" Taehyung boasted playfully while he put the water-filled pot on the stove.
Kook was chopping carrots when he heard the bragging, so he giggled and spoke up teasingly, "Ramen can never go wrong, Jagiya! No matter who cooks it...!"
Taehyung narrowed his eyes and dramatically accused Kook, "How mean, babie!"
Kook giggled and shook his head, trying not to tease his jagi furthermore while Tae shifted his focus again on 'making ramen' when he dumped a few packets of noodles into the pot. He waited for the noodles to come to the boil but it was getting boring to stare at it so he, in the meanwhile, shifted closer beside his babie and restarted their playful conversation again,
"I have noticed... Mom's sassiness is rubbing off on my innocent babie... I am afraid I am going to be the victim for whole of our life..." Taehyung said dramatically.
