It was 31st August mid-night. The cute boy slept after spending the whole day with his husband and in-laws. Most of the time was gone in preparation for the next day's event, so Kook was pretty tired and slept like a baby, while Taehyung was working on his laptop (more like pretending to...). Tae was waiting for the clock to strike 12, while Minji and Sungmin were ready with cake and party poppers; they all were waiting to surprise the bunny boy on his birthday. After all, it was Kook's first birthday after becoming a Kim.
When the clock showed 11.58 pm, Taehyung gently kept his laptop on lounge table and went near his bun; after laying himself besides his cute babie, Tae whispered near Kook's ear,
"Wake up love..." Tae licked Kook's earlobe while waiting for his baby to react. Kook, as expected, whined and turned his back on his husband, not conscious of his own reactions due to heavy sleep. Tae smiled and shook his head; he knew that waking up his love was no easy task. He glanced at the clock again; it was already 11.59 and so Tae decided to do something which Kook cannot sleep through.
He turned the boy and grabbed Kook from his nape, and after hovering over the boy like a warm blanket, Tae kissed the boy as if his life depended on it, his naughty hands lifting Kook's top to roam freely on his torso. It took a few seconds for Kook to be conscious of the mouth that was moving on his lips. Kook could never deny his hyungie's love and he himself was always needy for Tae's attention. So, even though he was sleepy, still Kook returned the kiss and opened his tired eyes as he circled his arms around Tae, before giving a way for Tae's tongue to enter his wet cavern.
Taae deepened the kiss and sucked on it passionately while waiting for the ding of his phone. And when the clock struck 12, Tae heard his phone's reminder ( that is, a ding of notification) and forcibly left those luscious lips only to smile at his bunny–who gazed back with sleepy eyes.
"Happy birthday, my love..."
Before Kook could register the words or react, Tae pecked him once more and whispered in his deep voice, "I am sorry to wake you up like this but I couldn't let you sleep through important moments like this now, could I?". Kook was just staring at Tae, now fully awake and taken aback by the suddenness of it all, when Tae leaned down and kissed those lips again before speaking, "My babie... Thank you for being born and blessing me with your love. I thank all the gods out there, for making a perfect doll like yourself–without whom I cannot live now." Kook smiled at the words, overwhelmed with the surprise and affection, so he teared up and hugged Tae while Tae smiled before kissing his head, "Thank you for everything love. I hope I can fill, not just today, but your every day with love and laughter..." Kook teared up badly at that and tightened his hold around his husband dearly, wanting to thank him but a lump in his throat didn't allow him.
