new beginning... hopefully

Yaskouo stood in her bathroom trying her best to cover her black eye. She was trying to hold back her tears because just mere minutes ago she was covering bloody lashes across her daughters arms.

She never wanted this life. He was so much better before the company got popular.

Yaskouo lay tired in a hospital bed but with a smile she looked up at Hiroshi as the doctor handed her the new baby girl. “So what are you going to name her” Yaskouo looked into the baby's eyes and said “Asami it fits her”
~~End of flashback~~

She was snapped out of the memories by a small voice belonging to Asami. “Mom are you ok” Asami said she looked worried her mom had tears running down her face. “Oh sorry sweetie I'll be down in a minute”

Yaskouo felt terrible having her daughter have to go through this . She always thought she would be able to live a happy normal life. She didn't need millions of dollars in her bank. All she wanted was to go back to how it was but…that can't happen anymore.

Korra was overjoyed that her new friend was going to come over but her parents were somewhat worried

Korra moved to Republic City for one reason. Korra was born intersex but not many people could tell because her dad had a feminine face shape and her so when she was born her face looked girl but when the took a closer look there was male genitals. She had a uterus but was missing a few pieces so it was just there. She never had a period but her penis grew at an abnormal rate growing faster than normal.

So in 8th grade when a rumor stared when some kids spying on her found out about it she was called a freak and some kids went a far as to pants her in Front of the whole school exposing her.

Tonraq tried to cheer her up by telling her the boy were just jealous because they probably had a small wee wee. It helped but the bullies got worse so they moved.

Senna just hoped that Korra could get a fresh start new friends and no bullies. But the world isn't perfect so all she could do is hope.

When the satos showed up the girls were shooed away to go play while the adults talked. When they got to Korra's room Asami noticed that Korra's room was very boyish. Now Asami knew girls can like boy stuff but it wasn't just the decor there was pair of boxers in her hamper multiple pairs of compression shorts. Asami's couldn't help to think Korra wasn't what she seams like. Korra noticed the pair of boxers showing in her hamper and quickly shoved them farther in to laundry.

Turning her attention to the tree she explained that she wanted to decorate it and make it into there little hide out. The tree was sturdy enough for both of them so it seemed like a good idea. But Asami knew that if her dad found out it would be hell for her. But she acted as if it fine. Her and Korra got to work

Later Yaskouo and senna came in to the room looking for them. When Asami saw her mom she couldn't be happier for the first time in awhile her mom had a genuine smile on her face she had heard laughing earlier but doubted it was her mom.  this provs her wrong. Yaskouo felt the same. This was first time in a while she had saw Asami smile and laugh she finally had hope for there situation.
