Hello hello everyone! Happy weekend once again, hope you all had a great one. Before we get into it I'd, again, like to thank Mr. Chaos for the intial idea of this story's plot given to me a while back along with Celrock for other ideas that will be used within this story within the series. Anyway hope you all enjoy!

Another eventful week went by for everyone as, not only did Angelica have her fifth birthday, but the Rugrats and their parents were invited to attend Angelica and Susie's preschool graduation ceremony! It was almost unbelievable to everyone that both kids were soon to be kindergarten bound by the time the school year for next fall started up! Of course, following the graduation ceremony itself, the gang was all invited over to the Carmichael's where Lucy and Randy had a post graduation party set up for Susie. Angelica, however, found herself sulking the entire ride over seeing as she wanted her own party but due to Charlotte and Drew being busy for the rest of the week, they just didn't have the time.

"Now cupcake, I know you're upset but try to cheer up. Even if you can't have your own party mommy and I agreed to find something super special for you that we can all do together the next moment we have time off." Drew commented, glancing at the sulking Angelica in the rearview mirror

"You promise?" Angelica questioned, feeling skeptical about her dad's offer.

"Absolutely! I'll tell you what, once we get to Susie's we can even pinky promise." Drew reassured his five year old

"Hmm...well..okay!" Angelica replied with a nod

As promised, as soon as they arrived and stepped out of the car. Drew made a pinky promise with Angelica. Once the deal was in place, Drew and Angelica made their way towards the side gate that led to the backyard. Running off ahead, Angelica entered the backyard to see various kids from her preschool class running around and playing while Susie's siblings and the adults were chatting amongst themselves. Scanning the yard, Angelica then spotted Susie over with Harold as both seemed to be greeting her baby cousins and their friends who must have just arrived right before her. Walking up to the group, Angelica, as usual, butted into the conversation.

"Pretty neat party you got here Carmichael, glad my mommy and daddy decided to let you have yours so when I have mine it'll be even better." Angelica chuckled

"Oh yeah, then when is your party?" Harold asked

"We're still planning it duh!" Angelica lied

"Uh huh, whatever you say." Susie replied, rolling her eyes. She didn't believe Angelica's story for one second.

"Hi, Angelica!" Kimi greeted

"Who's bright idea was it to invite these dumb babies to the party?" Angelica huffed, looking over at the Rugrats group

"They're our friends too, Angelica whether you like it or not." Susie said with a sigh

"Yeah! Asides most of us are getting ready to goes to preschool we're not babies no more!" Chuckie chimed in

"And us who still are babies aren't dumb neither!" Savannah also added in

"Yeah, I even started learning how to use the potty like you guyses." Dil also said

"Me crawl too!" Samayah exclaimed, wanting to join in

It was this moment, however, where Angelica, Susie, and Harold were all left confused as they looked at the two younger toddlers of the group.

"Uh, what did they say? I couldn't understand them." Harold asked, cleaning out his ears to ensure that wasn't the cause

"Um...Dil, Savannah, can you says what you said again?" Susie asked

Confused as well, the two toddlers repeat what they just said except to the three older kids. It came out as mostly baby babble to them.

"Okay, that's weird. Uh Tommy, what did Savannah and Dil say?" Susie then asked the older purple haired toddler

"Oh uh, Savannah saids that us who still are babies aren't dumb neither while Dilly said that he started to learns how to use the potty." Tommy answered

"Well all their talking sounds just like dumb baby babble to me." Angelica said

"Me too!" Harold exclaimed

"Huh, it seems to be that way for all of us. I mean I understood Tommy, Chuckie, and Kimi just fine. The twins too." Susie murmured

"Wait, so you can't understands what we're saying?" Savannah asked

Again, Savannah's question came out as only babble to the three older kids as they all looked to each other before back at the older kids of the Rugrats group.

"Savannah askeded if you can't understands what she and Dil are saying." Tommy spoke up

The three kids all shook their heads in response as Savannah frowned. If it were just Angelica she would have thought that it was her playing another trick to be mean but she has at least talked around Susie before and she still understood and from what all she's learned and has observed, Susie's not mean like Angelica.

"What should we dos? I mean Angelica, Harold, and Susie can still understands us so why can't they understand Dil and Savannah and Samayah no mores?" Kimi asked

Pondering for a moment, Tommy tried to think of a reason as to why suddenly the older kids wouldn't understand. However, recalling the moment when Dil was still a baby baby and they could barely understand him until he was around the same age as them and the same was even applying to Samayah who could say a whole lot more compared to when they first hung out with her. These facts alone gave Tommy an answer.

"Maybe... it's cause you guyses can't understand baby no more?" Tommy questioned

"So when we gets olderer we're not gonna be able to talk to Dil and Savannah no mores toos?" Chuckie asked

"I means I thinks by then they'll be able to talks to the growed ups so we should still be able to understands them. I mean Im the nextest youngerest baby after Dil, Savannah, and Samayah and I can still talks to Angelica, Harold, and Susie along with getting better with talking to the growed ups toos." Tommy explained

"Oh yeah," Lil replied

"Makes sense." Phil said with a nod

"It still sucks that we can't understand what they're saying though." Susie commented

"It's okay, I can be you baby talk to growed up talk tramslitter!" Tommy exclaimed with a grin

"Ooh great idea, that way Susie and Harold and Angelica can still talks to Dil and Savannah!" Kimi jumped in excitement at the thought

"I heard my momma tell me that people have jobs where they do exactly that. I think she said they were called Interpreters." Susie replied

"Neat! Then I guess from now on I'll be the Interpreteeter for you guyses!" Tommy exclaimed, happy to take on the role.

Will Tommy be able to handle the role of interpreter? Find out next time!
