that night (Y/N) finally woke up and let out a soft groan

(Y/N): Ah what happened?

he looked around before his eyes fell on a sleeping Enterprise

(Y/N): Who's she? Ah forget it.

he stood up and quietly snuck out of the medical room

(Y/N): Maybe there's a base commander I can talk to or a records room

(Y/N) skulked through the base looking for any signs as to where he was going when he heard a couple of girls talking

????: Yeah I heard there's a new male on base, and he's actually cute.

???: Mmmhh. Laffey still sleepy.

???: Do you think he'll be like the last commander or will he be nice?

???: Don't worry Uni-chan we'll protect you if he is a pervert.

(Y/N): So the commander was a lolicon. Hmm I'll have to keep on my toes.

he slipped away continuing his tour not realizing he had been heard

Unicorn: Hmm? she looked down the hall but couldn't see anyone so she shrugged her shoulders and went to her room to sleep

After a few hours of searching (Y/N) finally found the room he was looking for

(Y/N): Finally time to figure some things out.

He tried to open the door but it was locked

(Y/N): Oh for f-- fine good thing i keep this on me. 

He pulled out a small bag and easily started picking the lock

(Y/N): And that's game. he put the bag away and went in looking around to make sure the room was empty and headed for a file cabinet "Ok let's see, name Azur Lane, location Pacific Ocean. Hmm what else?" he pulled out several more files some being thicker than other

(Y/N): What the?? (Y/N) pulled out many pictures of 50+ year old men with red stamps of Removed or Exterminated "This is getting weird>

He noticed a computer and goes over to it starting it up and seeing 1 profile on it named AL HQ "Interesting" (Y/N) clicked on the profile and having access to the computer before clicking on the Google icon and started searching about the previous commanders

(Y/N): Hm so a couple of incompetent leaders that started the commander training program a few lazy commanders that tightened the course requirements and... Holy shit! 

as (Y/N) browsed the previous commanders he saw the last 12 commanders were arrested or executed for perversion, pedophilia, or attempted murder

(Y/N): Commander Joseph Byrin  was arrested and sentenced to life in prison for attempting sexual relations with many Sakura Empire Mutsuki class destroyers and one attempted murder of the Amagi class battlecruiser. After discovering Commander Joseph's attempts at getting the destroyer Mutsuki to completely undress IJN Amagi ran out of the room and the ex-commander chased after her pulling a gun from his coat and shooting Amagi in the back centimeters from and vital body part or organs, the aircraft carriers Enterprise, Akagi and Kaga arrived on scene after hearing the gunshot and found the half naked commander standing over the limp and barely conscious Amagi. Holy fuck. IJN Akagi proceeded to mercilessly beat the ex-commander while USS Enterprise and IJN Kaga helped the wounded Amagi as best they could as KMS Prinz Eugen and HMS Belfast arrived and IJN Amagi stuttered out for them to help IJN Mutsuki before falling into a coma from blood loss.

as (Y/N) continued reading the rap sheets of the other commanders he felt more and more sick wishing to brutally hurt each one not noticing the sunrise through the window

(Y/N): It seems the commander program only brought in the pedos and perverts of the navy I can't...

the door to the room opened and in stepped PoW

PoW: I thought I locked the do... her eyes locked with (Y/N)

(Y/N): Uh hi uh, please don't kill me

PoW: You're the pilot who helped us yesterday.

(Y/N): Uh yeah I guess. What was that about anyway

PoW: We can talk about that later. Who are you and what faction are you apart of?

(Y/N): I'm (Y/N) and I'm a mercenary. I was helping Taiwan disrupt and destroy Chinese installations when a weird cloud bank brought me here

PoW: Hmm. Well anyway welcome to Azur Lane. I am Prince of Wales.

(Y/N) and PoW talked for a few minutes before (Y/N)'s stomach made itself known

PoW: I take it you're hungry?

(Y/N): Yea I haven't eaten since 'he looks outside' I guess yesterday's breakfast

PoW: Well follow me and I'll show you to the mess hall

she walks out the door with (Y/N) following close behind
