Once upon a time, in deep winter, a queen, with long earthy brown hair with light blue tips at the end, bright yellow eyes like the sun, her light blue horns taking the place where a crown would be, her gown, long, made with fur to keep her warm as she walked around the castle's garden, admiring the falling snow. When she saw a rose blooming in the defiance of the cold. Reaching for it, she pricked her finger and three drops of gold blood fell. And because the gold seemed so alive against the white. She thought, 'If only I had a child as calm as the snow. Horns as gold as amber, hair as brown as the bark of the trees, and all with the strength of that rose.' The queen then gave a smile to the rose, and walked off, with the same hand that was pricked, on her stomach.

A maid is seen walking inside the king's and queen's room, with towels in her arms. Soon after, a daughter was born to the Queen and was named "Haya." The baby, Haya, was then handed to the king, "She's beautiful. Don't you think so too, Morax." the queen said. As the king, Morax just smiled and raised Haya to kiss her on the forehead. "Yes, she is beautiful," he whispered, as he looked at her golden amber horns to her blue eyes that resembled the ocean.

Years pass, and King Morax and his queen who was named Micka end up having two more children, a son named Xander who has horns as dark as rain clouds, hair as blue as the daytime sky, and eyes as the sea, and a young girl who was named Kaida who's horns where like that of the dark cold ocean sky, hair as brown as the soft dirt, and eyes that resemble like honey. And the three were adored throughout the kingdom. As much for their defiant spirit and for their beauty. "Be careful not to hurt it Xander." a much older Haya said, as she walked behind him while holding Kaida's hand so she wouldn't be left behind. "Don't you worry Haya it'll be okay," he said, as they walked through a wheat field. Passing by the village kingdom. And lastly passing by the Moonlit tree that stood in the middle of the courtyard.

Inside the royal bedroom, the queen, Micka sat on a chair, having her temperature checked by the royal doctor. With Morax standing to the side, worry running within his blood. It was then that the door opened and in came the three children. Micka smiled upon seeing her little dragons, with Xander still holding on to the bird and Kaida holding on to Haya's gold-brown tail. The doctor then stood up and walked away from Micka to let the queen talk to the prince and princesses. "Haya found it in the woods. It's injured, mother." Xander said as he showed the bird to Micka. As the bird lit out a squawk, Micka gently petted the bird's head to not scare it. "It must have broken its wing. Don't worry, it will heal in time."

"I'll look after it." Haya said, as she gently took the bird from Xander. Micka looked over to Haya, seeing how serious she was. Smiling at her, she raised her hand to Haya's cheek, "You possess a rare beauty, my love." she then moved her hand down to where her heart was, "In here. Never lose it. It will serve you well when you become queen."

The three children were now back outside, on top of the Moonlit tree. With Haya sitting on one of the branches, Kaida on her lap, and Xander a bit higher up. "Be careful you don't fall," Haya said, seeing her brother climbing a bit too high up for her liking. "Shh... you'll scare it away..." he said. Closing his fist he then turned to both the girls with a smirk on his face. "Look at what I got. It's a geo crystalfly." "Can I see?" but upon asking that, Xander opened his hand and with his Hydro magic splashed both the girls with water. "Xander!" both girls yelled, as Xander jumped down. "Xander!" Haya and Kaida also jumped down after him.

The next winter was the harshest in memory. Haya's mother passed away. Haya along with her father and siblings stood in front of the Moonlit tree, as the snow slowly fell from the sky. Her father had his hands over both hers and Xander's shoulders, while Kaida hugged Haya's arms, tears running down her amber eyes. The king was inconsolable. Taking advantage of his grief, a dark and mysterious army appeared and lured him into battle.
