"Hey (y/n) do you have any plans on Saturday night." Mingyu suddenly asked out of nowhere making (y/n) to raises her eyebrows at him.

"No, I plan to sleep in. Why?" (Y/n) replied.

Mingyu just nodded showing his approval.

"Kim Mingyu, just spit it's out. You have been acting like you have a ticking time bomb on your back since you arrived." (Y/n) says sassily with hands on her hips right Infront of Mingyu whose is sitting on the couch.

Without saying a word Mingyu pulled (y/n) towards him.

"Gyu-ah, what's the matter? Hmm..." (Y/n) this while putting her arms around his neck.

Mingyu leans into her hold while hugging her by the waist.

(Y/n) threads her fingers in Mingyu silky hair .

"Gyu just say it. I don't know what you are trying to say but just talk to me about it. You don't need to worry, I won't get mad." She said softly.

Mingyu broke the silence by asking "Your waist is so small. I only need one arm to fully wrap around your waist. Are you eating well, do you need me to make you more food?"

(Y/n) looks at him suspiciously but she still replied "of course, I'm eating well, how could I not eat well when you are the one whose cooking for me. Beside you just saw me wolf down 2 servings of ramen that you just cooked. Look at my belly I still have a food bump because I just ate like 30 minutes ago."

"Hmm.... I think it's cute. Your food bump that's is. It make me feel proud knowing that I'm the one whose is providing for you like this." Mingyu cheekily replied while rubbing his face onto (y/n) stomach.

"Stop it Gyu." (Y/n) said while trying to push him away.

"Ha! Ha! Looks like I still need to feed you more. You can't even push me away." Mingyu teasingly said with a beaming smile.

"Hey! It's not that I'm weak it's just that you are built like rock or more like a mountain." (Y/n) replied angrily.

Mingyu doesn't reply instead he choose to tighten his grip on (y/n) waist.

(Y/n) immediately stops struggling.

"Gyu just tell me what's on your mind?" (Y/n) says with a sigh.

A few minutes of silent pass just when (Y/n) was starting to get impatient Mingyu said " You know that yeonjun from TXT is hosting a party in coming Saturday right?"

"Oh yeah, The party at the grand royal hotel right. Of course I know about it's has been the only thing on my fyp you know." (Y/n) replied.

"And you know that soobin and I are kinds of good friends right?" Mingyu continues.

"Of course I know I mean there are quite a few people out there who ship you too you know! Cause of the way you act. Especially after your*Soobin is so lovely. I became his fan* stuff. Even I thought you have something going on for him." (Y/n) reply with a chuckle.

"Hey! I love Soobin but as a friend. And also he has a mate and he is also an alpha." Mingyu says with a pout.

"Yeah! Yeah! What's about it." (Y/n) says straight up cutting the chase.

"So,umm... Soobin invited me to the party and I wanted you to accompany me as my partner." Mingyu says with a small voice.

"Sure." (Y/n) replied immediately.

"I know that you are not much of a party person but I just wanted you to.. wait what." Mingyu suddenly cut off his rumble when he realized what (Y/n) said.
