Mingyu returns home after finishing his Dior photoshoot; today is Sunday, as well as the scandal between (Y/n) and Chan, so his manager let him finished early. He takes off his shoes and sets down his keys. Walking towards the hallway, he immediately notices the open window. He wouldn't have left it open willingly; perhaps he got distracted while leaving this morning. Without dwelling on it too much, he heads to his bedroom, grabs his pajamas, and heads to the bathroom. Turning on the water, he waits for the steam to fill the room. He undresses and steps into the shower. Once finished, he dries himself off, gets dressed, and goes to the kitchen to eat the bread he brought from work, freshly baked and still warm. He eats while scrolling through his phone; an unexpected call comes in, but he doesn't manage to answer it before the caller hangs up. He doesn't really care; he must have dialed the wrong number.

He has the entire late afternoon free, but he doesn't really feel like going out; so, he's already planned to spend the evening watching Drama.

It's now 11:30 p.m., and he's spent the evening in front of a screen. It's time to go to bed; unfortunately for Mingyu, he has to wake up early tomorrow; his photoshoots await him.

seoul city lights lit the wet cement under his feet, finding beauty in the way it reflected the buildings like a mirror. the scent of rain flooded his senses with every deep breath in, entranced with the gentle pitter-patter on the umbrella overhead.

"Hyung we're gonna be late!" he giggled, hugging his boyfriend tightly under the umbrella he shared, having to hold it a bit higher than his head with how much taller he was than him. He bend his neck, kissing the tip of his nose when he faced him, cold and red from the chilly breeze.

the corners of his lips curled upward, eyes nearly closing with a big smile as a giggle escaping his lips; the sight and sound he loved so much, making his heart bloom every single time.

arriving at the theatre, Mingyu held the door for Wonwoo, whose was sliding the umbrella closed and tucking it under his arm. the warm, popcorn scented air brought nostalgia to him at an instant, wanting to hop around like he was a little kid again.

he found his excitement adorable, taking his phone out on the sly and capturing a few candid photos of him with his hands full with popcorn, candy, an ice cream; everything he wanted.

He situated himself in the cushiony loveseat, Mingyu's long arm immediately wrapping around Wonwoo shoulder, bringing him close to his side. of course, it was natural by now, but his heart still beat like it was his first date. the scent of his fresh hoodie, the warmth of his chest against your cheek. he was his home.

enjoying the movie he'd been waiting to see for months alongside Wonwoo was the perfect way to start off their date night together; looking down at him when he laughed at something funny on the screen, feeling his laughter vibrate through his chest and immediately rubbing off on him like a happy pill.

when Wonwoo would caught Mingyu looking at him he'd smile. And Mingy would lean down to press his lips to Wonwoo for a quick peck. or two. or three.

He thought that they will be together until their last breath.

But at last all of its was a sweet illusion.

"I had a nightmare, don't worry about it beside the makeup artist will do their job my fans won't even notice it." Mingyu replied.

His manager looks at him.
