Shouldn't you pay me first after all that crap I did for you?

Kim Roksu wanted to strangle the redhead right now. How could he be so tactless and unfair? He could've gotten payment from him if he was so serious about hiring these two handsome old men. That way, he could secure his slacker life.

Cale is still as unpredictable and chaotic as ever. The way the Assassins nodded and accepted his request was even crazier. The craziest thing that also happened right now was the redhead being fed tea in the middle of this operation.

The redhead looked at him and he stared at him as if he heard something bizarre.

"Shouldn't you pay me first for every crap I went through because of you?"

Roksu won't allow it. He needs that sum of money to secure his slacker life! He can't have himself do the labor of love!

"Oh, you love me, Roksu-yah! You don't need money!" Cale said shamelessly, with twinkling eyes that none of them found endearing.

Who said that? Roksu would kill anyone who said that! Who doesn't love money?! No one! Everyone loves money! Roksu loves it to the point that it's hilarious!

Jungsoo raised a brow. It's the only thing that Roksu loves the most. Money! To secure his impossible, beloved slacker life! He carefully looked at Roksu. His face was blank, contorting to something that even Jungsoo knew what would go next.

Roksu stared at the smiling-holy-looking redhead, deadpanning. "Today is the day my *so-called* love for you ends."

He turned around, leaving them stunned.

"What?! Roksu-yah!!!!" Cale wailed, following after the stoic guy. His love was betrayed most blatantly. "You can't, Roksu-yah!"

"Bah!" The old man and the young assassin both laughed. "It never gets boring with that kid."

"That delusional bastard did help us before," Vicross admitted. The father and son nodded and followed the other two.

One calculates his payment while the other claims it is impossible, and the former adores him.

Alver, Jungsoo, and Lark simply observed them.

"I suppose. They are a match," Lark mumbled.

"You have not seen the worst yet," Jungsoo said, following after the redhead and Roksu.

Ron and Vicross watched Roksu fight intently. Not a single movement is wasted. The Art of Assassination focuses on a single strike that results in victory, but Roksu's movement was not about fighting or assassination It's simply one of the best top-class dominating fighting styles.

His battle style was similar to that of top-tier mercenary Rok, who was known for taking on missions on his own.

When they gathered information about the mercenary after the Henituse Assassination failed, there was disagreement because he was an elite mercenary who only worked in specific areas.

However, when they assessed those areas, they immediately discounted the assessments of those who knew little about the mercenary and considered his skills to be exaggerated.

Everyone who knew about that Mercenary said the same thing.

He is the best among the elites, making others look like jokes in comparison.

Vicross, who confronted that boy head-on, understood the feelings of those who said he was elite.

They even went so far as to find his tracks, only to discover that the boy who fought him and saved the Redhead was the same infamous mercenary—to the point where the military warned them against accessing such confidential records.
