February 29th 1980
The day had finally come, the day many had been anticipating. It was a bright, sunny day, with spring just around the corner.
At exactly 1:09 am, was the best moments of Ophelia Valentines life. That moment was when she first got a glance at her newborn baby.
When Ophelia looked down she was met with beautiful, large, icy gray eyes. "Just like her father!" she exclaimed. The young parents had been preparing for this day for months, wondering whether or not they will be good enough.
"Welcome, Phoebe Lily Black." Regulus breathed out. He was feeling as happy as he had ever felt, even more than when he explained everything to Sirius and was finally forgiven.
At that moment, in the bustling and busy hospital of St.Mungos, Phoebe reached up to her mother and trucked a piece of hair out of her eyes and behind her ear.
That was the most exciting day for the new family, but how long would that last?

"IM FINALLY A GODFATHER!" yelled Sirius Black, through the Potter manor.
Ophelia and Regulus had decided to join the other marauders, on the fine day of August 1st.
Harry had only been brought home a few hours prior but everyone was so excited they decided to have a party.
Everyone was there, Sirius, James, Marleane, Dorcas, Mary, Lily, and Remus. Or as Phoebe liked to call them aunt flower and uncle remmy, although from the 6month old they only came out as small little noises.
One person wasn't there though and that was Peter, no one had heard from him in days and despite his so called 'brother' just had a son, you'd think he'd be there to celebrate. Well he wasn't.
"Pads quiten down or you'll wake up the whole street, never mind just Pheebs and Harry." James exclaimed. As nervous as he was to become a father that was soon overpowered by happiness and excitement.
"Sorry I'm just sooo excited!" Sirius exclaimed. He then went on a 10 minutes rant about how he would be the best godfather because of his amazing hair.
"uncle remmy" whispered Phoebe who wasn't so far away. Everyone's heads snapped up, away from Sirius and turned to where Phoebe was. Before she got a response she burst into tears from all the attention.
"hey, hey Rory look at me." The sniffling soon turned into hiccups as Ophelia and Lily, who were giving the young girl hugs, gave Phoebe chocolate frogs to try and ease the wave of emotion she felt.
"I think we best get going now anyways guys." Regulus announced, as he was standing up he remembered the gift he and Ophelia both got for Lily and James.
After many thanks, congratulations and goodbyes, the family of three were on their way for the night.
