041 (Maya)

~Y/n pov~

i sat on my bed singing with my best friend the music on loud my neighbors know i only have loud music on when someone is over and its really rare so they let me.

we sung on top of our lungs infinity (by Jaymes Young) "how is it with Em?" she asked "she broke up" i said she gulped "i'm sorry i didn't know" she said "no its okay" i said she smiled.

we continued singing i walked onto my balcony and lit a cigarette she joined me i hand her one she lit it too my new neighbour looked at us i just smiled and continued smoking "ohh cause your the reason i believe in fate your my paradise" i sung to the song.

my neighbor smiled at us i smiled back "meet me at the bottom of the ocean" we sung her voice cracked i laughed so did she we smoked to end we stayed outside on my balcony.

"she looks like Maya Hawke" my friend Mia said "its her" i said "how are you so calm?!" she asked i chuckled "because i am" i said she rolled her eyes i chuckle we continued talking and laughing as the music played loudly "Y/n!" Maya said i looked "want something?" she asked showing me a Vape i jumped up "throw it up!" i said she threw me her vape i caught it.

i inhaled "whihc flavor?" i asked "Strawberry redbull" she said i inhaled one last time and threw it back she caught it i smiled "girl she knows your name!" she said "yeah my mom used to yell my name and Maya listened" i said she nod.

soon she had to go i turned my music off and laid down "Y/n you still awake?" Maya asked i stood up and walked onto my balcony "yes" i said she chuckled she climped up to me and hugged me i hugged back we locked eyes "i love you Y/n" she said "i love you too" i said she smiled.

she put her hands on my neck her thumbs stroking my cheek "when can we finally tell everyone i hate hiding" i said "i know baby but soon" she said "when?" i asked "i don't know baby" she said and pulls me in and kissed me i kissed back.

~1 week later~

Maya climped over my balcony mad as fuck "what did i do?" i asked she just slapped me hard i fell "what the fuck?!" i asked as i held onto my cheek she threw me her phone a picture of us kissing online "what do i have to do with it?!" i yelled.

"if you wouldn't have kissed me on your balcony it wouldn't have happened!" she yelled "what the hell! you kissed me!" i said she scoffed i stood up and hand her phone back "if you so against it the break up i don't care anymore!" i said.

"yeah i will its over Y/n!" she said and left i closed my balcony door and pulled the curtains so she can't see me i sat against my wall my knees up to my knees my chin on my knees tears slowly running down.

i hugged myself as i cried i slowly stood up and walked into my bathroom i looked at my blade "i never wanted to do it again" i mumbled as i took the blade and slid it across my skin i forgot to close my door.

my bigger sister walked in i gulped "Y/n" she whispered as she slowly walked to me "i'm sorry" i whispered "why did you?" she asked softly "Maya broke up" i whispered she sighs she softly cleaned my skin she wrapped it in.

she softly hugged me i hugged back and cried into her chest she picked me up and laid me on my bed "you want to cuddle?" she asked i nod she laid down i cuddled up to her "i love you Scar" i whispered "i love you too sis" she said i smiled.

~next day~

i walked outside into our garden only in a shirt my open ar has slightly healed as there was just still the 'scar' you could see i sat onto the grass as Maya looked at me i ignored her i looked at my arm and slightly stroked my arm i sigh.

my sister walked to me "hey sis" i said she smiled "how are you sissy" she asked "i'm good right now" i said she smiled "tomorrow is your birthday do you know how old you're turning?" i asked "i'm turning 5!" she said i smiled "what did you do there?" she asked.

"i used the blade again" i said "again? why sissy nto good" she frowns "i know sis just something made me really sad and i couldn't control myself" i said "don't do again" she said "i won't i promise" i said "pinky promise?" she asked i made pinky promise with her she hugged me i hugged back.

~6 years later~ (Laura pov (Y/n's younger sister))

i walked into Y/n's room she laid on the floor her arms open i rushed to her "sis please!" i begged no answer "you pinky promised me you won't do it again!" i cried out "mama!" i said our mom came in she gulped.

she called an ambulance we dove along "she pinky promised me" i cried out "her life is really hard at the moment sunshine" she said "But still" i cried out we got there she got into a operation the doctor came to us "for Y/l/n?" he asked "yes" our mom said.

"Y/n is okay she asked for you two" he said we rushed there i run in "you pinky promised sis!" i said "i know i'm sorry sis" she whispered.

~5 years later~

the doctor came back out to us "i'm sorry for your loss" he said "what?! no please!" i cried out "I'm sorry" he said.

~1 week later~

i laid in Y/n's room on her bed hugging her pillow tightly crying Maya looked into her room she looks confused she climped over the balcony "where is Y/n Laura?" she asked "its your fault!" i cried out "Laura what do you mean?" she asked.

"she killed herself because of you!" i cried out as i cried harder she stood there frozen "what?" she asked "don't act so dumb!" i said "it was 11 years ago" she said "Maya she loves you she did even when you broke up!" i said she gulped.

~at the funeral~

"you pinky promised sis" i whispered as i looked at her one last time "i love you sis i hope you are in a better place then this i'll meet you in the after life" i whispered as tears were rolling down.

~Y/n pov~ (after life) (Y/n is 15) 

i walked outside i saw a woman she looks familiar she looked at me "whats your name dear?" she asked "Y/n" i said her eyes softened "I'm Laura we met before but something happened and you were reborn" she said.

"so there is the after life?" i asked "yes" she said "but what happened?" i asked we walked to a house it looks familiar "you were born in this over 30 years ago" she said "is my old life mom still alive?" i asked "yes" she said.

"can i meet her?" i asked she nod we walked inside her mom looked at us "who is this little cutie?" she asked "Y/n" Laura said "my old daughter?" she asked "i told you the after life exists" Laura said.

"can i hug you Y/n?" she asked "but please be careful" i said she ndo and hugged me softly i hugged back we pulled away "but how did i die?" i asked as i looked at Laura "you died at 27 i think you cut your wrist open and you died then" she explained.

"but why did i?" i asked "you were in love with someone deeply in love and she broke up and you killed yourself after 11 years because you still loved her then" she said.

"is the person still alive?" i asked "yes stil our neighbor" she said "i want to meet her" i said she nod we walked outside to the house next to us she knocked a woman opened the door "Laura hey who is this?" she asked "Y/n" she said.

"i even told you after life exists" she said "so she is the person i killed myself for?" i asked "yes" Laura said "she is fine i know why my old me fell for her" i said she chuckled.
