CHAPTER 2 - That 'Weirdo'

Zee POV

Suddenly the nurse spoke out. I'm just standing still while patting this guy back.

"But sir can you help us? It's simple, very simple...since this patient cling to you..you can just bring him to the ward while we call for the doctor to come"

Well... that's not bad. It's not too hard anyway. Lol...how can I end up in this situation anyway... I should go back to Lia's room and see her but now...here I am accompanying other patients.

Did this person know me? I have never seen his face in my life I swear. Well at least when I brought him back to the ward he just followed me and not trying to run away. Anyway if he ran it's not my responsibility after all.

I sat him down on his bed and I followed him as well, since he still wrapped his arm on me. I just try to be polite like...so be it. If I still can push him softly and gently I do it. I put my arm across his shoulder while him still doesn't want to let me go.

"Sir...can I know your name please"

A nurse came and asked the person in my arm a question. It's just a simple basic question tho. But this guy is not responding at all. He just keeps quiet not even paying attention to the nurse. The nurse tried a few more times and asked a few more different questions but it was the same.

"I'll come back with the doctor later"

The nurse scribbles something on the board that she holds before walking away. I looked down at the person that was still holding me. I think....he was 20 and below... what's up with this person anyway...is he an amnesia patient?

"Hey... what's your name?"

I ask him and he quickly turns his head up to me. He just looked at me and gave me a smile even though he didn't answer my question. Not quite sure if he understands what I am saying right now.

While caressing his shoulder, the nurse that sat there monitoring us suddenly spoke out.

"Umm sir...did you know this person...seems like he was comfortable with you"

I chuckled in disbelief.

"No i don't... I swear I never saw this person in my life before"

"Well then...thank you sir that you still have patience to handle this situation...we are really sorry that we take a lot of your time"

"It's fine, I'm not busy"

Lie. I should get going and see Lia now but it seems like I have another plan here....I look down at the person in my arm he already closes his eyes, leaning on my chest. Well...he looks comfortable enough around me.

"Can I know what's wrong with this patient?"

I ask casually. Well just to kill the awkwardness.

"Well sir...this guy over here was reported that he was stranded on the shore-"

The nurse leaned closer to me. Like she wants to whisper something...

"-He was totally naked too..."

I just nodded my head and let out my small 'oh'.

She backed down to her seat and continued to talk in a normal tone.

"But there is no sign that he...herm...you know...he did not get that"

I nodded my head again.

"Well... what's his name tho? Where is his family"

The nurse takes a long sigh.
