Kiara Carrera, sister of Meile; lives in a fancy house on the wealthier side of the island. However she didn't care about the fact her family had money, she only cared about her friends. All she wanted was to have more freedom and she feels she has that with the pogues. She didn't realize being 17 would be so hard, when she was little she'd always wished to grow up but now that she's getting older she's not sure how to feel.
Chloe Cameron, sister of Wheezie and Rafe Cameron; she also lives in a house on the wealthier side of the island. She didn't care that her family had money either. However she was well known around town. People called her the "kook princess." The pogues didn't like her, they thought she was like all the other kooks, but they soon find out she is nothing like the others at all. She is kind and sweet, and despite the odds she catches the eye of Kiara.
