Alexis P.O.V.
From being happy I got scared. I heard my drunk father get up and stomp through the hallway to my bathroom. Knowing my dad when he is drunk and especially just how he is in general I knew what was going to happen. My father Frank stumbled into my bathroom. He started violently yelling at me for waking him up. I was about to tell him what I was doing but then my face just started to sting really badly. I can't believe what just happened. I fell to the ground in pain. I finally processed in my head what just happened. My father just hit me. My father told me I couldnt leave the house for a month. When my dad is drunk or sober he never forgets anything. Once Frank walked out as mad as hell I texted Niall.

I waited for a response but I never got one. I got really worried what my father would do. 10 minutes later I heard a knock on the front door. I knew it was Niall.

I was almost through going through my checklist and I got a text from Alexis.

I needed to know what was going on even though we hardly knew each other I was still worried about her like she was my girlfriend. I didn't respond to her. I immediately got dressed and quickly ate. 10 minutes after I last texted Alexis I walked up to her front door. I knocked very loudly so Alexis would open the door. It wasn't the beautiful brunette i saw yesterday.
