Madeline Moreau comes from a well-off family. Her father owns a business, her mother a traditional catholic stay-at-home. Her mother tries to shield her from the world, making sure that her daughter was giving her life to Christ and not some boy on the streets every Sunday. her father on the other hand, doesn't really care. He does attend church and all, but he doesn't discourage his little girl from going out and finding her true self. That's how he did it back then, and she was a teenager, so he was relatively easy on her.

She was pretty, at least that's what the people in her mother's prayer group say. Bright, blonde hair, pale skin sprinkled with freckles and maroon eyes that glinted red in the sunlight. Her mother treasures her maroon eyes very much, and makes sure that she knows about how rare it was and how lucky she was to have been born with such a pair of eyes.

Maddy, as her closest friends called her, has a good mind. She doesn't mean harm to anyone, but she doesn't take shit from others either. At first sight, she might even seem... spoiled, but Maddy is just confident in herself. Some people might even call her out of touch, but Maddy just calls them losers in return. She likes to steer clear of drama, but one boy would make it impossible for her to.

Joseph Descamps comes from a well-off family too. His parents make sure that he's always had everything he's ever wanted - from the newest toys to the trendiest clothes, Joseph doesn't miss out on anything. Not until a girl comes to his school, and starts taking his place as the class's leader. It's the first time he has to fight for something in his life, and Madeline surely isn't going to make it easy on him. 

Who's going to come out victorious in the end? Only time will tell...
