Gwen's POV: After my album dropped I sat on my couch in my apartment and scrolled through music review blogs, instagram comments, TikToks, and so many more sources just to see if my fans liked it. Overall the response was positive but there were the occasional troll or hate comment, Those comments never really bothered me so I just shrugged it off and kept moving forward. After a while of scrolling through comments and reviews I realized that if I don't get ready to leave for work now I'd be late. I quickly ran into the bathroom and brushed my teeth, ran to my room brushed out my hair and put it in a messy bun, and threw on something that was just laying around.

I quickly got everything I knew I needed for the day ready and packed, locked my apartment behind me, took the elevator down to my car, and left for the office.

A SURPRISE Ian POV: After Gwen's album dropped I got an idea inspired by an interaction we had on instagram, I knew I wanted to throw her a congratulatory party to celebrate the release of IYWYCF (an acronym for the album title If you want you can fly) I just didn't know how to; don't get me wrong I've thrown some killer parties before but this one was different, I don't really know Gwen all that well, she started at Smosh all of four weeks ago and I just wanted to make her feel more welcomed, I can see it in her face when she's talking to everyone she feels like a newbie still. Something people might not realize about me is I've become really good at reading people, it may come as a bit of a shock considering how laid back and goofy I am in videos but it's true, and Gwen still believes she doesn't 'fit in' with the rest of us. I've noticed she seems pretty comfortable with Angela and Chanse, maybe I could ask them for help; if I did though it'd have to be quick as Gwen is set to arrive in about a half hour.

Angela's POV: When Ian approached me with the idea of a congratulations party for Gwen I was pretty excited about the whole thing, I mean planning a party for Gwen sounds perfect as a long-overdue ice breaker for her and the whole crew. I'll never admit it out loud, but I'm the one who told everyone in the office about Gwen's music career; I love her music and I really do think she could become really famous because of it, and the response from everyone was positive so I know they loved it too. Once Ian and I filled everyone in on their roles and what we'll need for operation 'Gwen's album' it was time to get to work.

The office was practically unrecognizable, we had ended up blacking out the windows and glass doors so Gwen couldn't see inside and spoil the surprise, there were dark green and blue streamers hanging from the ceiling and in doorways to match her hair and eye color, confetti cannons on the table outside of the kitchen, party hats and noise makers for everyone, a table filled with all of Gwen's favorite foods and drinks which had come up in a conversation at the dinner a few weeks ago, and finally the most important detail a huge 'congratulations' banner hanging from the ceiling in the middle of it all, and as soon as Anthony and Tommy finished hanging the banner, Shayne, who was on Gwen watch, announced her arrival...Showtime.
