Three years passed on the hidden island, and Aurora learned that peace could be louder than war. It lived in Ash's laughter when he chased Golly across the garden, in Golly's stubborn refusal to nap unless Ash stayed beside her, and in Adam's tired smile whenever the twins climbed into his lap.

Mark was born during a rainstorm that made the sea hammer against Sevestar's cliffs. Trenor and Insey followed as twins, smaller and fussier than their older siblings, but just as loved. Dia, Palmer, and Gina treated every new child like a sacred duty, though Gina was the only one who could make baby Insey stop crying by humming into her tiny hands.

Aurora still answered to Delia when officials wrote documents, when Kanto League representatives visited, or when Interpol messages used formal seals. At home, she was Aurora, because Adam had never asked her to bury the name she had survived. Team Rocket had tried to own it, but family had taught her that a stolen name could be taken back.

While Aurora recovered from pregnancies and sleepless nights, Adam fought a quieter battle with the Pokémon League Authority. Sevestar could not remain a rumor forever. A region hidden between Hoenn and Alola needed recognition, routes, laws, rescue systems, League boundaries, and protections for every family that had trusted Team Alpha enough to live there.

The League officials did not believe him at first. They called Sevestar impossible, then suspicious, then inconvenient. Adam answered every objection with maps, surveys, records, and the patient fury of a father building a homeland his children would not have to hide inside forever.

Media crews arrived after the inspectors confirmed the region existed. Cameras caught white cliffs, protected harbors, and Atem Castle rising above the island like a promise older than fear. The world learned Sevestar's name in careful pieces, but Team Alpha kept the deepest parts hidden.

Aurora watched the news broadcast with Ash and Golly curled against her sides. They were too young to understand politics, but they understood Adam's face on the screen and cheered whenever he appeared. Golly clapped so hard she nearly hit Ash in the nose.

"That is Daddy," Golly announced proudly, as if the entire world needed her confirmation.

Ash rubbed his nose and leaned closer to Aurora. "Does that mean everyone knows where we live now?"

"No," Aurora said, kissing his hair. "It means the world knows Sevestar exists. It does not mean every secret has been opened."

Ash considered that with a seriousness too large for his small face. "Good. I like our secret house."

Golly nodded and hugged Aurora's arm with fierce agreement. "Secret house is safe."

Aurora smiled because they needed her to smile. She did not tell them that safety was never a place by itself. Safety was people watching doors, allies checking shadows, and parents hiding fear from children.

Four years after Ash and Golly were born, Adam decided the twins were old enough to visit Pallet Town properly. Aurora agreed only after three security meetings, two route changes, and one argument that ended with Adam admitting she was right. Even then, she packed knives beneath her coat.

Mark, Trenor, and Insey stayed behind with Dia, Palmer, and Gina. Mark cried because he wanted to come, Trenor cried because Mark cried, and Insey tried to crawl after Aurora's skirt until Gina scooped her up and promised honey bread. Leaving them hurt, but bringing all the younger children into Kanto would have been careless.

Ash and Golly stood at the dock in matching travel coats, holding hands so tightly that their knuckles paled. Ash kept staring at the boat with wide eyes. Golly leaned against his shoulder, pretending she was not nervous whenever waves struck the pier.
