Ending Note

Sebek woke up with a startled look. He was the only one on the train, weird... he remembered there being more people. Something stained the windows black, he heard a voice call out. A familiar voice.

"...Sebek?"

He watched as a horned figure walked out from the shadows on the other end of the train, a scar running from the top of his eye to right below his bottom lip. A reminder of his failure. A reminder of his failed assassination of Malleus Draconia. Too bad he wasn't blinded, that would've caused some impact..

"Why would you do that Sebek?"
Malleus asked Sebek sounding betrayed, confused, saddened even.

"From the moment I laid eyes on you I knew you were a dangerous being. People like you need to be eradicated from the world!"

Sebek watched as Malleus expression went from confused, to angered. Thunder boomed outside the train. Much like when he had to... teach those kids a lesson. Much like when he first discovered his unique magic. He experienced first hand what destruction thunder could cause, he hurt himself and his family. Malleus was more powerful than him, he could only imagine what damage that would cause! Exactly why people like HIM need to be purged from the world!

"I SHOULD HAVE NEVER TRUSTED YOU!"

Sebek heard Malleus scream with fury as the dream ended. He was at the stop in.. Harvestone? Oh.. oh no. He could come in contact with Epel here! He put his hood on and stepped out of the train already feeling the cool air chill him to the bone. He had to preserve, at least until he had enough money to get out of here...
