It was a new day in Hell, and Adam felt like shit. He had spent the whole night tossing and turning, unable to find rest. It had been difficult enough trying to sleep in a new bed, but knowing that he was surrounded by a bunch of demons, the same ones he had been hunting and killing for years, made it impossible for him to relax.

Adam looked at himself in the mirror, grimacing at the reflection he saw. It was still hard to believe that this was his body now, and that he'd be stuck in it forever. It was a disgusting sight. He hated it.

He took a deep breath, trying to compose himself. It was going to be a long day, and he couldn't afford to lose his temper or his composure.

His mind raced, wondering how he was going to spend the time, with little to do. Usually playing his sick guitar would occupy him for hours on end.

How he missed his guitar. The power to summon it at will when he wanted to, conjured up in his hands by his holy light, able to wipe out a group of demons with a single slash. Though, with his holy powers gone, he wasn't sure if he was able to summon it like he used to.

He took another deep breath. He knew he was going to have to find something to keep himself occupied or else he'd go crazy.

A thought then crossed his mind, as he looked towards his demonic claw. An idea began to form in his mind, something to do with his demonic powers. He didn't have any idea of how it would work, but he was determined to figure it out.

He had seen in the times he went down to hell to exterminate, that sinners did have powers, some even attempting to fight back against him and his exorcists. Though they definitely weren't as strong as him of course, it did make him wonder what exactly he could do with his demonic abilities.

If he could somehow master it, maybe he'd have a fighting chance against the demons of hell, even if his angelic powers were gone. Hell, maybe he'd have a kickass version of his guitar. Though he could only dream.

With a renewed sense of purpose, Adam began experimenting with his powers. He could still fly with his new wings, that's one thing. He wondered if he still had the strength of a fallen angel, so he looked around for something to test it on. He ultimately found a table and with ease, lifted it off the floor.

"Okay, that's not too bad. I can still do some basic shit, that's something at least. Wonder what else I can do..."

Adam continued to explore his demonic abilities, trying to see what he was capable of.

Meanwhile downstairs, the residents of the Hazbin Hotel gathered for their daily redemption activity.

"Dear patrons of Hazbin Hotel, old and new... and dad," Charlie announced to the gathered group of sinners, including Lucifer.

She cleared her throat before continuing her announcement, clasping her hands together, looking hopeful.

"I think we can all agree that yesterday was a very emotional day. I know I felt a lot of strong emotions. So I figured a simple activity would help everyone release some of that tension. And since we have some new residents, it would also give them a chance to get to know everyone and become a part of this amazing family we have here!"

Charlie referred to Cherri Bomb who just joined the group as a resident a couple of days ago, and now with the addition of Adam who has been stuck here for over a day now, she thought this would be the perfect way for everyone to get acquainted and form a strong bond between each other.

"Speaking of new residents... Adam doesn't seem to be here with us today," said Charlie, finally acknowledging Adam's absence among them. She turned to her girlfriend.
