Love

My love is like a loaded gun, that back fires and jams.

My love is like a madman clawing at the walls of his cell.

My love is unwieldy, my love is venomous and my love is chaotic.

Other rib cages would shatter if they had to hold my heart for one day.

My love is violent, my love is rough and jagged.

My love is a double edged sword, it'll pierce your heart, and I'll pull you closer to pierce my own.

My love is an alarm that is so loud my ears bleed when I hear your name.

Your thoughts and words are cherished by me so hard that I clutch them with claws and rip them apart with my teeth.

Sometimes my love is so disgusting I find cannibalism as the most endearing form of flattery. My love is not worthy.

My love is obsession, my love is crying and screaming to myself because I am unsure of what is to come of my love.

My love is pain and my love is joy, my love is fire and my love is ice cold.

My love is freeing and my love is a prison.

I crave my love to settle, to soothe, and to sleep. For my love is a rabid dog I keep kenneled.

My love will hurt, my love will bite.

My love doesn't know quite how to love.
