Chapter 3

(Wednesday 12th September) After a crazy and embarrassing day Maya was without any motivation she didn't wanted to go to school just the tough abt having to look at Patrick made Maya really nervous, she couldn't just stay home her mom would go crazy if she sees Maya isn't at school. Early in the morning Maya tough about pretending to be sick, everything was already planned in her head. She was going to put a thermometer in boiling hot water and pretend she had fever. She slowly walked to the kitchen when she entered the kitchen she saw her mom standing there drinking coffee. Maya ran out of expectations and Ideas. "Early awake huh? are u enjoying the new school?" asked Maya's mom while sipping her Coffee. "ah....yea its going great" said Maya knowing it wasn't going that great, but she didn't even tough about telling her mom about what happen, it wasn't anything bad right? tough Maya. After some time of standing there saying nothing Maya went to her bedroom and got ready for school she was so nervous she was dying on the inside she couldn't believe she had fallen asleep on Patrick's shoulder and the fact that she needs to see him after that was making her go crazy. Maya got out of the house she decided to walk to school, she was avoiding going with the tram to not see Patrick. While walking she saw a Coffee shop, she checked the time on her phone and entered to coffee shop since she still had 30min before class. Maya grabbed a Tee and walked out of the coffee shop, her phone buzzed, she took her phone out of the bag to see who texted her, she was so concentrated reading the text her friend send her that she bumped into someone. "fuck it" said Maya when she noticed her whole tee spilled at someone shirt, she fast looked up to apologize she paralyzed when she saw who she had bumped into. Blond, tall and blue eyes Maya tough for a second its Patrick she fast rubbed her eyes to see if she was dreaming and yea she was, it wasn't Patrick but it was someone that looked him alike, Maya was shocked and melting on the inside. "so...rr..yy.." said Maya stuttering. "next time look to the front when u walk..." Maya stopped melting when he said that Maya was very annoyed, who does he think is he? tough Maya. He saw that guy walking away without any expressions on his face, Maya decided to walk to School but she couldn't stop thinking about how rude that guy was to her. When Maya arrived at school she saw Patrick she fast hide behind a tree, when she saw him walking to her direction Maya started shacking. "Hey Maya" when Patrick called her name Maya got nervous but she knew this would happen sooner or later, she turned to the side he was coming from she saw someone walking next to him, when they came to her Maya saw the guy from the Coffee shop next ho Patrick she fast gave side eye. "Hey Maya you forgot your Jacket at my house I washed it for you" said Patrick while giving her the Jacket. "ah yea thanks" said Maya fast without thinking. She tough about apologizing from running away yesterday but she noticed that guy next to Patrick staring at her. "This is my older brother Niall" when Patrick mentioned his brothers name Maya looked at him. "So that's your name huh?" said Maya still annoyed because of what happen before. Niall rolled his eyes, "Huh you guys know each other ?" asked Patrick really curious. "Yeah where do you think I got my shirt dirty from?" yelled Niall. Maya was getting more and more annoyed slowly but she didn't wanted to start arguing with Patrick's brother so she walked away. Niall walked to his classroom and Patrick ran to Maya. "Hey where are you going?" asked Patrick, "I don't wanna argue" answered Maya quickly. suddenly she felt someone grabbing her arm it was Patrick. "Just ignore him he thinks he is the popular guy" when Patrick said that Maya smiled but tried to hide her smile, Patrick noticed her shy smile and smiled back, both walked to class when they sat down Maya got courage and decided to apologize for yesterday. "I almost forgot....sorry for running away yesterday I don't know why I did that" said Maya feeling quite shy but waiting for his reply. "Its fine don't worry" replied Patrick. During the class Maya was thinking about Niall and why he is so rude but she did heard about him before on the break every girl talked about him and felt for him, Maya couldn't deny that he is very handsome and has beautiful blue eyes like Patrick she wondered in which class Niall goes to and how old he is but she didn't wanted to ask Patrick, what if he thinks I like his brother? tough Maya, Maya on the inside didn't knew what to think about Niall he had an incredible look but his personality sucked. After class Maya was packing her stuff, "Ey we still need to do the painting of the project we forgot about that" Maya looked at Patrick while he said that she got stressed she tough they already had finished it. "oh" said Maya. "You can come to my house if you want" Maya had no other choice than going she wanted a good grade and she didn't mind spending time with Patrick. "sure see you later than" both walked away. When Maya got home she laid on the couch to take a quick nap after this school day it was all she needed. After some hours she woke up and packed her bag to go to Patrick's house, she at his place and knocked on the door, Patrick opened the door and let her inside, Maya saw Niall sitting on the couch she got stressed because her plan was spending time with Patrick. "Just ignore my brother"  mentioned Patrick. Maya nodded and sat on the table with Patrick, both started doing the rest of the project. While they were doing the project they heard Niall on the phone with someone, Maya tried to stop her curiosity but she couldn't she tried to hear what Niall was saying on the phone it looked like he is yelling at someone, Maya tough maybe he is arguing with his girlfriend he must have one looking that hot tough Maya. "Is Niall annoying you? I can ask him to shut up" when Patrick said that Maya started melting, she tough its really cute that he cares about her. "Its fine he is probably arguing with his girlfriend..." said Maya. "Girlfriend??!!" said Niall walking up to Maya and Patrick, "little one I don't have a girlfriend why do u talk about me?" Maya didn't knew how to react she had many emotions in once, she looked at him but fast got lost in his blue eyes. When she realized how he called her she looked away. "I'm not little" said Maya annoyed.                "No arguing guys, Niall she was just talking to me well we finished the project come Maya I walk u to the door." When Patrick said that Maya stand up and walked to the door. "Bye and sorry..." said Maya without any expressions on her face. "don't worry he likes to tease people get home safe bye bye." Maya smiled and nodded at Patrick than she walked home.
