Chapter 4

(Thursday 13th September) Maya woke up really excited for school she couldn't wait to see Patrick again. She packed her school bag, got dressed and walked out of the house. When Maya arrived at her school she started looking for Patrick she didn't found him so she decided to walk to the Sports hall for the P.E class, she entered the Sports hall and walked into the changing room, when she walked inside she got all red, she accidently entered the boys changing room, she felt so embarrassed, first at geography class now here. All the boys started laughing at her and yelling at her to go away, Maya felt so shy, what if they tell that to the whole school tough Maya. Suddenly she felt someone holding her shoulder she turned to see who it was, it was Niall, Maya got all red, what was Niall even doing there he isn't in her class. Maya was scared, nervous , shy and embarrassed. "what are u doing here??" said Niall laughing at her while looking at her. "I...I didn't knew this was the boys side...." said Maya looking at the ground. "what are u doing here huh?" asked Maya. "Don't worry I'm not following you if that's what you think I have better things to do than walk behind you, I just came to tell your teacher that Patrick is sick". Maya couldn't believe he tough that she thinks that he wanted to follow her, Maya got also very worried about Patrick, all her excitement went away but at the same time she was glad he didn't saw what happen. "I don't think that...and is he okay? what does he have?" asked Maya worried about him. "I think first you should leave this place." When Niall said that Maya nodded and smiled really shy. Maya left the boys changing room and waited for Niall to tell her what Patrick has. "So he just has fever nothing more, now you should go to the girls changing room that is that way" said Niall while pointing at the right way. "oh okay yea I will....." Maya walked to the changing room, when she entered al the girls started looking at her, Maya felt observed from them, she tried to ignore and placed her Bag on one of the benches. "Hey do you talk a lot to Niall? from where do you know him?" asked a tall brunette girl to Maya. Maya looked at her and noticed every other girl looking at her. "Oh he is my brothers friend" said Maya innocently but still with a weird feeling in her stomach because of everyone watching her. "Patrick I see I see....your actually pretty for a Blond" Maya didn't understand if that was supposed to be a compliment but she thanked anyways but all she wanted to do is give the biggest side eye. Maya entered the Sport hall with all the girls she sat on the bench before the warm up. "Hey" said a girl to Maya while sitting next to her, Maya looked at her and didn't said anything. "Well I think your new....the girl that just talked to you well that is Demi she is well lets say was the most popular girl at school she used to date Niall so since you talk to him she will be annoying you the rest of the school year." Maya got surprised by what that girl said, Maya nodded and got curious why they broke up so she decided to ask, before she could ask that girl about what happen between Demi and Niall she asked what her name is so she doesn't sound rude. "Ah I see what's your name by the way? and why did they broke up?" said Maya stretching her self waiting for an  answer. "I'm Vanessa you must be Maya right? nice to meet you and well actually not many people know why they broke up, there are rumors saying that Niall cheated on her but no one knows the actual reason." Maya nodded and got even more curious about the gossip, she also was happy she had someone to talk to. "You wanna be my friend? I don't have any our whole class is made out of bitches." Maya laughed and nodded at her, after some minutes talking to Vanessa about different topics the teacher came in and the P.E class had started, todays game was Mayas less favorite, Maya still played so she gets a good grade she kept noticing all the girls looking at her specially Demi. Maya got annoyed by that but tried to ignore. After P.E class Maya was going home she walked with Vanessa to the train station and than walked by her self, she was very happy because she found a friend. She was still so curious about why Niall and Demi had broken up and worried about Patrick. While walking home she came to the great Idea of going to visit Patrick she wanted to see if he is okay but to not make it awkward by going there only because of that Maya decided to also show Patrick all the school stuff he missed in every subject, she got excited by her good Idea and headed up to Patrick's house. She arrived there and knocked on the door, Patrick opened the door, he was wearing a Pyjama  and a blanket around him. Patrick smiled when he saw Maya. "Oh hey what  are you doing here?" when Patrick asked that Maya answered really quick, "I tough it would be nice if I bring u notes from todays class...and are you feeling better?" Maya tried her best to not sound awkward and kept smiling. "Ah thankyou I appreciate that and I'm a bit better ." when Maya heard what Patrick said and saw his smile Maya smiled automatically smiled back at him, she handed him her notes and kept a smile on her face. "Bye see you tomorrow." Maya smiled and nodded she than walked away really happy she saw Patrick after this long day, she couldn't stop thinking about Niall and Demi tough.
