Chapter 5

(Friday 14th September) It was finally Friday, the last school day of the week, Maya was glad that the weekend was every minute closer to come even tough she had nothing planned she was excited to lay in her bed all day reading and scrolling on her phone. Maya got ready for school and walked out of the house. She entered the Tram and waited hoping for Patrick to enter the Tram. Maya was getting out of expectations when suddenly she saw someone entering, she looked up and it was Patrick, Maya smiled and waved at him. "hey can I sit next to you?" when Patrick asked that Maya nodded and smiled at him. "Are u feeling better?" asked Maya hoping for him to be feeling a lot better. "I'm a bit better, don't get to close before u get a cold." said Patrick laughing a little. "what if I want to get close?" Said Maya well after realizing what she said she got really red and started blushing like crazy, she regret to say that loud. Patrick smiled and laughed at her he didn't seemed to really care that she said that he actually found it really sweet but a bit weird. There was a weird silence between them, Maya wanted to break the silence but didn't wanted to say something weird again. Maya and Patrick got out of the Tram and walked to school while walking they saw Niall. "I see you at class I need to talk to my brother about something." When Patrick said that Maya got really curious about what he wanted to talk with Niall, before she could even ask he walked away, Maya was standing alone when than Vanessa came to her. "Good morning" said Vanessa to Maya, Maya smiled and told back. "what are you reading?" asked Maya when she saw Vanessa holding a book, "Ah its a fanfiction about Vampire Diaries" Maya got surprised when she heard that she also reads fanfictions, while they continued a good conversation Maya kept looking to the side every five minutes to see if Patrick and Niall walk away or not. When the bell ringed Maya and Mel walked to the class. "Maya do you wanna sit next to me?" when Vanessa asked that Maya didn't knew what to answer she liked to be with Vanessa but she didn't wanted to let Patrick sit alone, Maya decided to sit with her one class isn't gonna do much she tough. "Sure" both sat down, while the teacher was talking Maya and Vanessa kept talking hoping the teacher to not hear. Maya got curious if Vanessa likes someone from their class so she decided to ask, "Vanessa do you have a crush on someone?" Vanessa fast answered, "No I'll stay with my actors" both laughed when Vanessa said that. "And you?" when she asked that Maya decided to yell her, she didn't knew Vanessa for very long but she knew she can trust her. "well Patrick is sweet..." said Maya blushing and looking quickly at Patrick. "Oh my god! really?? I think you two would make such a cute couple!" when Vanessa said that Maya started smiling, she was so happy to hear that they would do a cute couple. "But  tough you liked his brother...." when Vanessa mentioned Niall Maya started to go crazy. "Niall?! no he looks hot yes but he is such a jerk...he laughed at me when I entered the Boys changing room." said Maya looking annoyed. "Damn he can be a jerk we all know that....well I think you should tell Patrick about your feelings, I didn't wanted to say this but in class I saw him looking at you more than twice..." when Vanessa said that Maya smiled she loved the fact that he keeps looking at her but she didn't knew about telling him her feelings. "How should I tell him that?" asked Maya waiting for an advice. "Tomorrow is the Baseball teams game, Patrick plays there why don't you come watch with me and than after the game tell him that...? I need to go anyways because of my cousin". Maya tough about what Vanessa said she didn't tough its a bad idea actually, Maya fast canceled her plans of laying in her bed reading all day and added the Baseball game to her plans for tomorrow. "okay sounds pretty good!" When Maya and Vanessa stopped talking both noticed the board was full and they didn't even knew what subject they were having, they looked at each other and started laughing in the same moment they started writing everything on their book. After class Maya said Goodbye to Vanessa and walked home, while walking she felt someone touching her shoulder, Maya turned away and saw Patrick, Maya smiled. "Hey damn you let me sit alone I go pretty sad." said Patrick in a play full way just to tease Maya. "Sorry Vanessa wanted to sit next to me." said Maya really quick while walking beside Patrick. "So did you heard about the Baseball game tomorrow?" when Patrick asked her if she knew about the game Maya nodded. "Yes I heard about it"                                               "I'm playing there tomorrow you should come watch is around 5pm." Maya smiled and nodded. "Yes I'll go than."  Patrick smiled and got excited about the fact that Maya goes. "I will make sure I play extra good since you go watch!" when Patrick said that Maya smiled and even blushed a bit. "Are u blushing?" Maya got nervous by his question. "No what I'm not" Maya said that while looking away trying to hide her blush. "okay okay I'll pretend I believe you." when she heard that she got a bit nervous she started overthinking, "what if he notices I like him.." asked Maya her self. "You look cute blushing..." when Patrick said that Maya looked at him and smiled but fast looked away really shy, her heart was melting and she tough its so cute. "I go now see you tomorrow Bye." she smiled and nodded at Patrick still really shy when he left she started screaming of happiness she was now so excited to see him tomorrow, Maya fast texted Vanessa to let her know about what happen while she walked home.
