Late Valentine's Day special!
3rd person POV:
"I still can't believe your taking me to karaoke bar...."
Sun sighed, confused on how Eclipse convinced him. Eclipse laughed, his hands stuffed in his pockets.
"Oh cmon! I bet it'll be fun!" Eclipse grinned.
Sun rolled his eyes at this, but he couldn't help but blush when he saw the other smile. "Yeah, yeah, whatever....."
They soon walked into the bar, it being very loud obviously. The two walked towards the karaoke.
"So, whatdya wanna sing?"
Eclipse asked, tilting his head slightly. Sun's eyes widened.
"Wait, we're gonna sing?"
"Duh!"
Sun gulped nervously. "I dunno....I don't think it's a good idea-"
"Oh stop it! You'll be fine!"
Eclipse interrupted Sun, shoving him towards the karaoke machine. "Here, put on a song." He said, handing him a coin.
As Eclipse stood back, Sun put the coin in, trying to find a good song. A sudden song popped in his mind. He picked the song, standing up from the karaoke machine.
Eclipse handed him a microphone, Sun hesitantly took. He took a deep breath.
The song came on, Eclipse immediately recognizing the tune.
"I know I stand in line until you think you have the time to spend an evening with me.."
Sun started to sing, seeming a bit nervous. Everyone was staring at him.
"And if we go some place to dance I know that there's a chance you won't be leaving with me."
Eclipse's eyes narrowed in shock. He didn't know that Sun had such a good singing voice.
"Then afterwards we drop into a quiet little place, and have a drink or two...."
"And then I go and spoil it all,"
Sun glanced at Eclipse for a moment.
"By saying something stupid like
I love you...."
Eclipse flushed. It was just a song but he couldn't help but have a tingly feeling when he heard those three little words.
"I can see it in your eyes
That you despise the same old lies
You heard the night before..."
Sun looked surprised as he heard another voice singing along with him. He whipped his head around to see Eclipse smiling while singing with him.
He blushed, but still continuing.
"And though it's just a line to you
For me it's true
And never seemed so right before~"
The two stared into eachothers eyes, both having dumbfounded smiles on their face.
"I practice every day
To find some clever lines to say
To make the meaning come true."
They leaned closer to eachother, seeming a urge to want to just hold onto to the other and never let go...
"But then I think I'll wait
Until the evening gets late
And I'm alone with you..."
Eclipse grabbed onto Sun's hands, still singing along with him. The two swayed together as they interlocked fingers.
"The time is right, your perfume fills my head the stars get red, and, oh, the night's so blue~"
Sun pulled Eclipse closer to him, the both of them still singing together like two idiots in love.
"And then I go and spoil it all
By saying somethin' stupid like, 'I love
you' "
They kept leaning closer to eachother, fingers intertwined.
"The time is right, your perfume fills my head
The stars get red, and, oh, the night's so blue~"
Sun blushed once he saw how close they were. Eclipse brushed a hair from Sun's cheek, placing it there.
"And then I go and spoil it all
By saying somethin' stupid like, "I love you.."
Sun smiled softly at Eclipse, placing his hand on Eclipse's.
"I love you"
The two got closer and closer
"I love you..."
They finished the song off with a kiss, eyes closing to savor this little moment they had.
