From the balcony, Alicent and Rhaenyra look upon Leana and Aerion on their walk through the gardens both silently watching with a hint of jealousy
"It bothers you does it not?" Princess Rhaenys askes the two girls one of them not knowing who the question was aimed towards
"My brother is the heir" Rhaenyra spoke her with hands clasped together "It is his duty to take a wife and strengthen his line"
"I did not ask for a lecture in politics, I asked whether this bothers you" Rhaenys told the two girls making Alicent's hands start picking at her skin once more
"Leana is your daughter princess, does it bother you?" Rhaenyra asked with her head high
"Of course, it does" she admitted "but I understand the order of things, im not sure you do"

"Well then I shall speak to my brother" Rhaenyra announces causing Alicent's head to perk up before Rhaenys walked away

"The small council wants me to marry soon" Aerion told Alicent whilst picking at his food
"Really" Alicent says looking towards the prince
"It seems they want me to have a queen" he said with a chuckle
"A good and kind queen with give comfort towards your subjects"
"Yes she will"
"Do you or the council have a particular lady to mind" Alicent asked hopefully
"I do and Lord Corlys has offered forth her daughter my cousin, Lady Laena Velaryon"
"A strong match, my Prince" Alicent spoke solemnly
"I must admit, me and Laena did not connect much, due to her age and other things"
"I'm sure she is good and kind and she will enjoy your company as much as I" She told the prince before speaking once more "I brought you something"
Alicent pulled out a canvas, a rather large one with a cover over it presumably to keep the dust away
"What is it" Aerion asked impatiently
"Have a look" Alicent pushed forward the canvas before Aerion pulled it off
"You re-drew it?" Aerion asked looking down at the art work in front of him
"Yes, I'm sure Rhaenyra was very confused of my sudden interest in Syrax" Alicent said with a laugh looking at his expression
