NOTE. currently, all you have to do is ask for a
spot in the relationship you'd like with scarlett
(below best friends). you needn't have interacted
at all, nor followed the requirements. all of the
relationships below best friends are currently
open regardless of any of that.

NOTE. if you have not interacted with scarlett
at least once, i will not accept any relationship
higher than simply being friends. this is so
the relationship makes sense and can have
a chance to expand with interactions. if the
relationship status may not make sense to
what i believe scarlett's relationships will
be, i also won't do it. however, there are
very few things i won't allow.

NOTE. if you have interacted with scarlett
at least once, you can ask for any slot
in any relationship (main & multi included,
ONLY if the interaction was positive).
