Blood, the red essence that flows through our veins, that travels through the body and keeps the heart beating for however long .Blood all over my hands , that crimson red wrapped around my fingers, so soft yet frightening.
The ringing in my ears so loud yet my harsh breathing sounded so loud through the air.
My vision blurry , even so I could see the blood dripping.
I screamed but I couldn't hear myself , tears fell on my blouse, it could have been the rain drops but I wouldn't know.
In one moment everything changed, I fell to my knees gravity pushing me down with a thud. The ground met my knees with a kiss so painful I groaned but couldn't care less.
My emotions indescribable to anyone not even the gods would know.
Blood, a liquid that was thick and dark red , it looked black every few seconds then flicked to crimson with the light that broke .
I tasted the metilic blood in my mouth.
With a shudder and an intake of air I never knew I needed ,everything came back into focus. Oh how I wish it didn't.
And I screamed an animalistic sound so feral , I screamed over and over and over till my voice sounded hoarse and my throat felt scratchy.
History has told many stories about Feities, Faes, Seers, Demigods and all that .I read alot about Greek mythology, Roman mythology and Norse mythology.
I could go into detail about all the Gods but that would take forever and I just don't want to.
In that moment it felt like all 12 Olympian Gods scorched my body. Excruciating pain that made me forget my name , I don't know if it was physical or emotional ,anguish or agony.
But I was surely cursed from that day forward. Some call it a curse, others call it a blessing, a few call it luck and many call it fate. No seriously ,what the actual fuck.
This world definately knows how to destroy you , but come on. I think I suffered enough thank you , go torment someone else , I'm done.
