༄After Luffy and the others bizarre entrance he instantly run towards kamaki and embraces her in a hug, following along with chopper joining in and the rest of everyone else, luffy was happy to see that kamaki was okay and wasn't hurt or anything, but he also couldn't help but feel a little bit jealous of the fact that he saw zoro standing beside her protecting her.
It was supposed to be him instead of zoro, but he doesn't look like the type of person to have feelings towards another person besides his swords and sake. Honestly Luffy didn't mind, it's actually law and kid he's gotta worry about.
"Luffy, im glad you're okay! I was worried about you- after you ran off." Kamaki pulled Luffy's ear, making it stretch as he let out a yelp pleading for her to stop and how he was sorry—which earned a few laughs and snickers from zoro, sanji and the others.
Jinbei had walked up to kamaki with a small smile, holding out his hand which made kamaki return the politeness. "You must be Luffy's new crew mate, kamaki right? He talks about you a lot—he really likes you."
Kamaki could only blush at Jinbei's words as luffy smothered her in hugs right along with adorable chopper who gave her a pouty face, franky could tell that kamaki was embarrassed just by her face Luffy didn't notice he was just happy to be reunited with kamaki and his crew mates—his nakamas.
"Hi, nice to meet you, uh—"
"Jinbei, your new crew member. But I won't be traveling with you guys at the moment, i still have some unfinished business to do. Once im done I'll be sailing right along with you guys."
Once Jinbei had finished his sentence kamaki was shocked, another crew mate? She was happy—he seemed like a calm and friendly fishman that would probably listen to you talk about any and everything all day long. Similar to robin, since kamaki can always turn to her when things get tough or just to much for her liking—especially when zoro or luffy does something out of the ordinary to embarrass her or make her blush without knowing.
Kamaki's thoughts were cut short when a horrible laughter boomed throughout the battlefield the straw hats stood, in the center, surrounded by seemingly endless fishmen with their weapons or whatever devil fruit they ate.
Everyone was prepared, kamaki was to distracted to know that luffy was holding her hand as she glared at hody who smirked in her direction, motioning his hands in a gun position as he pretended to shoot her. Though Kamaki kept her posture, then all of the fishman had charged at them endlessly.
As the straw hats took action...
