Chapter 9

“Louis!”

“Niall!”

“Liam!”

“Zayn!” 

They all ran over to each other as the four groups met up around the same area after getting the information about the girl screaming. “You think they’re around here?” Liam asked.

“I really hope so,” Zayn added.

“How much time do we have?” Niall asked.

“20 minutes,” Louis said nervously. (“Adam!”)

“HELP!”

Everyone’s head shot to the side and a few agents held their guns up for safety. “Everyone stay here,” Agent Summers said as her and the other agents walked over to the voice. 

Everyone held their breath and a moment later, Adam and Lilly appeared. Both the parents and kids ran to each other. “Oh my god Lilly, Adam, are you okay?!” Their mother asked frantically.

It was all heartbreaking to watch. The parents were the definition of happy in that moment. “Were fine Mum,” Adam said. “I am so sorry you guys for everything I have ever done. I love you guys so much.”

“We love you too sweetie. We’re so happy you’re safe.”

“We are.”

“I was brave Mum!” Lilly said excited.

“That’s my Lillypop!” Her dad said hugging her. “He didn’t touch you or hurt you?” 

“Harry protected us,” Lilly said smiling.

Louis put his hand over his mouth trying to hold himself together. “Wh-where is Harry?” He asked.

“He helped us escape, but didn’t make it out with us. I don’t know what’s going on.” Adam said.

Lilly reacted and started swatting at her brother crying, “Harry promised he was coming with us Adam. Mummy we have to get Harry!” She cried.

Louis kept his hand on his mouth as he dropped to his knees and started sobbing. “Lou!” The other 3 boys said dropping down with him. “Louis what’s wrong?” Liam asked.

“I just want my best friend to come home, and I just don’t know if he will anymore.”

Louis felt a small hand on his shoulder. “You’re Louis?” Lilly asked.

“Yeah.”

“Harry’s in love with you. He told us that if he got out that’s what he wanted to tell you.”

“What?”

Adam walked over, “Yeah. We were all talking about the first thing we were going to do when we got out and that’s what he wanted.”

Louis rose to his feet. “We’re going to find him right? I don’t want to call it quits tonight,” Louis said to Agent Gipson.

“No we’re not, but we are going to send you all back. This is getting to dangerous. He’s going to be on the move now and this is coming down to us. We will find your friend though, don’t worry. Agent Clark, bring these folks home.”

As everyone started walking back Adam and Lilly walked over to Louis each taking one of his hands. He smiled at them surprised, but happy. He looked up at the sky and mumbled, “Hold on Harry.”
