“Harry!” 30 seconds. “Lilly!” 30 seconds. “Adam!” An officer shouted repeating that pattern.

Louis was on a team with Officer Carl, Agent Summers, and about 10 other people. He wanted to be with at least one of the boys, but there was 4 teams and they wanted one of each boy on one. (“Harry!”) “Hi.”

Louis turned his head to the feminine voice. She was slightly taller with long brown wavy hair. He wore hiker’s boots with tight green pants and a black v-neck t-shirt. She reminded him of Katniss Everdeen.“Hi,” He said quietly hoping she would leave him alone.

“I’m Eleanor. You must be Louis right?” (“Lilly!”)

“Yeah. You volunteering or do you know the little kids?” He asked trying to be friendly.

“Just helping. I’m all this trail all the time and was actually camping with friends about half a mile from the family that night. I almost feel like I owe it to them to help. After I heard I kind of wished that man would’ve taken me or something. I mean they’re so young.” (“Adam!”)

Louis looked over at the girl again. She seemed to be telling the truth. Her whole posture just screamed guilt. “I know. I wish I would’ve gone with my friend out that night. I should’ve never left him alone. It should’ve been me.”

Eleanor felt bad for him and reached over pulling him into a side hug. “We’re going to find them Louis. I just know we are.” She smiled at him hoping he would believe her. (“Harry!”)

“Thank. I hope we do. He’s my best friend, and like you said those other kids are just so young. I know my Hazza though and he is going to protect them. I just hope that man isn’t going to hurt them, because that means Harry is taking all the hits and he doesn’t deserve at all just like those kids.”

“I know. You’re friend Harry sounds strong though so you know wherever he is he knows you guys are looking for him.” (“Lilly!”)

“Yeah. You’re right. Thank you Eleanor.”

The dogs started going crazy and pulling to the side. Everyone sped up and Louis’ eyes widen with hope. They all took off running down a hill when the dogs stopped and sniffed. Although when Louis’ saw what it was,his heart dropped. It was a small pile of blood.

“Liam right?” A tall curly haired beautiful girl asked.

“Yeah.” Liam said looking up and offering her as much of a smile he could at this point in time.

“My name is Danielle. I’m sorry about your friend. We’re going to find him though.”

“I know. It’s scary thinking about what that man could be doing to them while we are all out here looking for them you know?”

“Yeah. It makes me so mad to think someone could do this to someone. I mean that poor family is missing their two little kids and you guys are missing your best friend.” (“Adam!”)

“They’re going to be okay hopefully. Thank you for coming out and helping by the way.”

“Of course. I know that if it was my friend I would hope people would want to help. Also this is a small town so we all know the family and they are so sweet. I used to babysit Adam and Lilly too so I worry about them still.” (“Lilly!”)

“I don’t blame you.” Liam faced forward again. He saw an older women, early 30’s maybe, trying not to cry as she look around. He heard someone early address he as the mother of the kids. He made a mental note to talk to her later and comfort her.

“What’s that?” Someone said walking off the trail a little over to an object on the ground.

The agent on their team, Agent Gipson, walked over picking it up. It was a stuff unicorn. The women Liam guess to be the mother put a hand over her mouth trying not to cry because if she did she would be led back to base. “That’s Lilly’s,” She said with an uneven voice.

“Are you going to be okay?” Gipson asked her.

“Yeah. Is this a good sign at least?” She asked taking a deep breath.

“It is. This man is most likely by himself and probably doesn’t have a gun, probably just a knife, and is old enough that he can’t move fast enough so if the kids ran he wouldn’t get them so he didn’t go far. Which means we have a small radius to work with. You’re camp was set up that way which means he’s headed in this direction. We’re getting closer, don’t worry.”

The woman smiled and hugged Gipson briefly before they sped up slightly calling out names louder. They were closing in.
