I remember sitting on the bench,

You entered with the warmest smile on your face,

You looked at me from the corner of your eyes,

Staring at each other, just like twice,

felt something never before,

Not love that's for sure...

You came  every day, Seemed around me always,

the long turns you took during lunch,

striking my way along the corners,

What was that?

Not love for sure...

I remember you on the basketball court that day,

My head felt dizzy, I remember it that way,

You came leading the way,

Asked me to put my head on the desk,

Gave me medicine straight out of first-aid
I liked that, I swear,

but... I didn't follow your way,

fake screamed at you just wanted to push you away

but didn't want to break your heart also in the process

What was that?

I remember you waiting for what seemed like hours,

Outside the school gate, as my van came your way,

I saw you, didn't want you to think that way,

I ignored you, remember that day?

I remember those days...

I prayed to god, just for your sake,

just to see your long gazes,

feeling fluttering heart as you came on my way,

every day your face, like a burst of sunshine,

Making my day...

I remember you hated the language,

For me, you changed your ways,

accepting today, I didn't like that change,

just for me why??

What was that? I don't know,

I remember the way you looked at me

if you had only come to me, told me even then,

I wouldn't have controlled, couldn't have

But time flies

like today it did,

Like... you did,

You went away hiding that secret under yourself,

only if time listened to us like it did now,

but to no avail for us,
