Shin: - comes back to reality quick and looks at both Linda and Lexter- huh?

Lexter: I said just take half of it and I'll still fix your car.

Shin: right...- They grab split the tab before taking it without a second thought while putting the rest back in the foil and putting it in their hoodie pocket-.

Lexter: - makes a loud clap noise before patting Shin on the back- alright. Let's get this started.

(Lilac was checking out the stereo collection of DVDs, Minx was checking out the open hooded cars admiring the frontal layouts, and Lilac was walking to Shin, Linda, and Lexter's way. Linda looks excited but looks at Shin and their smile fades a bit.)

(Around 20 minutes have passed since Shin took the acid tab. The race was happening there at the street right next to Fix'n'Go. The crowd for the race had piled up since the last time the group walked outside, since they were still in the garage. Lilac, Shin, and Minx were all just huddled around this TV playing this game on Lexter's console. Linda, Lexter, and Tink were near the door where you could see all the people outside crowding around.)

Lexter: Question.

Linda: Might have an answer.

Lexter: Does Shin have a bad relationship with psychedelics?

Linda: Considering their main coping mechanism tends to be self-sabotage, mm, I'd say probably.

Lexter: Thought y'all were closer than that.

Linda: Well yeah. Okay, you know that one coworker I said was always busy doing something

Lexter: That coworker is Shin huh...

Linda: - she nods her head -

Lexter: So, you know them, but just not like that.

Linda: Exactly. I'm trying to get them looser and more open to experiencing a life outside of what they already do.

Lexter: Well, if their main coping mechanism is self-sabotage, then I think going out and just experiencing life was something they already did once and got scared to stop doing.

Linda: How so?

Lexter: No one is this willing to just take a tab a rando gave them at this age, but still be skeptical on just going out to live life with y'all, hasn't not experienced life outside of their normal scheduled day.

Linda: So, you reading people now?

Lexter: Nah. It's just the small details man can teach you a lot about someone.

Linda: There is more to them. Thats one thing I do know for a fact.

Lexter: Are they interesting enough to want to figure out why there is more to them?

Linda: If I answer that honestly will that make me a bad person?

Lexter: Nope that's just how you make closer friends. You do count them as a friend, right?

Linda: Yeah.

Lexter: Then they should be worth getting to understand.

(Tink has been listening but was focused looking outside the door window.)

Tink: Hay it's getting pretty rowdy out there. I think everyone is starting to show up faster.

Lexter: Bet... Alright guy!
