She never liked home. Niflheim was possibly the closest place she could get to hell in this lifetime. That's why she ran, she couldn't handle the people she had been forced to kill or hurt as requested by her father. He was a monster; but suppose by her doing what she did that made her one too...at least she hated what she did. She was 15. A child and forced to do things against her will.

For an example since her early childhood save for a couple years due to being in Tenebrae; she had been experimented on. Improvements they were called. Making her to be more and more like her father.

Ardyn Izunia.

Also known as Ardyn Lucis Caelum...but that was in history long lost to time now. Sad how Niflheim was closer to the truth than Lucis ever would be. She had managed to steal an airship, admittedly she had help from a certain childhood friend. Landing near a semi big city she made the long walk to the crown city. Managing to hitch a ride on the way there. She hid her light red-wine hair so as to not gain unwanted attention to herself.

It felt like it shouldn't have taken as long as it did to walk to the kingdom, but she saw her first issue. Border Patrol. She wouldn't make it past, surely, she wouldn't. looking between the people she had two choices.

A. Try to convince them to let her through (Near failure)

B. Run past them and don't stop running until you get into the city and blend in with the crowd (winner)

She decided, being reckless in this situation was best. She could move past them using her phasing abilities. Perhaps it was actually fine to have the same powers as her father. Only for these specific occasions of course. She needed to get into Insomnia. It would be her safe haven, freedom from the empire and her father.

Freedom from the experiments, poking, and prodigy. Freedom to act as a child would. Being her age, she never even went to school; perhaps she would be able to change that here. She'd make more friends, hopefully more her age. Loqi was great to talk to but without Ciel it felt like their friend group had grown too small.

Didn't help the fact that Loqi's training had been intensifying and to top it off; he had a new baby sister. Lucienne. Cute kid, but not worth enough to stay behind to see her grow up. Maybe one day she'll be a soldier like her brother or perhaps she'll find a different calling in life.

Norah got closer weaving in between the cars that passed, realizing the patrol was down a few members. She slipped past, looking back making sure she wasn't seen as she continued down the paved road. It was quite a bit away from the actual city. More walking.

Yay.

She sighed as she walked down the long road. Watching as cars went past, pulling the head covering over her hair more. A single lock of hair hung out from it. Her legs screaming for her to stop and take a break. She was so close; yet so far. Using her ability was also proving to be in vain, but she used it to the best of her ability.

By the time she got into the city the sun had set. At least there were no daemons to worry about here. She stumbled against a wall, leaning against it sliding down until she sat on the ground. An alleyway was the perfect place to hide. Especially as she overheard the radio talking about a girl who had snuck past the guards and was possibly in the city. Said she covered her hair and had a single strand of light red colored hair peeking out.

She pulled it off her head and groaned softly, she was hungry, exhausted and now people were told to watch out for her. This was perfect, wonderfully perfect. She closed her eyes, at least she could take care of her exhaustion.
