Chapter 3

She looked at herself in the mirror of the bathroom. Brushing out her hair after she had taken the braids out. Wincing as she occasionally pulled at a knot that had formed. Once her wavy hair was somewhat under her control, she grabbed a headband from the basket and put it on. She smoothed out her shirt and did finger guns to herself.

"Looking good, girl." She said to herself, "Oh that was stupid." She shook her head before walking out of the bathroom.

She opened the door and her phone buzzed.

Ciel: I'm here

She smiled and ran over to the door and opened it, she hugged him, and he hugged back chuckling softly.

"Hey nice place. I haven't been inside before alright I want to see your room."

"Right!"

Ciel took off his shoes by the door and Norah took him to her room. He looked around, crossing his arms. He smiled and wrapped an arm around her shoulders. He walked over to her bed and looked at the moogle plush.

"Cute. Didn't know you slept with Plushies."

"Iris gave that to me. So, I do now." She laughed.

"Your room looks so much better than that prison they called a room in Niflheim. There's so much color and it fits you so much better."

She was also much happier, if you ignore the fact that being around many people made her panic. Hopefully she'd warm up to being around people. But that would surely be a slow process. She opened her window to let fresh air come in. Ciel was busy looking around her room and he stopped to look at the manga.

Pleased to see she had been reading the manga. He turned to her and clasped his hands together.

"I wanted you to meet my friends. Since you need to get used to well...people and whatever I thought; this would be the perfect opportunity!" He smiled brightly, "How does that sound?"

"Absolutely terrifying-"

"Great! You need to get at least just a teensy weensy little bit used to being in big groups of people. We'll grab lunch and then if you still feel ok, we can take you to an arcade!"

"Ar...cade?"

"It's fun, you'll love it. Now let's go. You ready?"

She shook her head but knew he wouldn't let her say no. Something told her Clarus was the one also knew about this plan as he left her a bit of money for that day. They got their shoes on and began to walk, she stayed close to Ciel fearing if she got even a little bit too far that she would lose him.

There was a place nearby selling burgers. They walked inside and Ciel looked around and noticed a blonde haired boy waving at them. Ciel waved back and grabbed Norah's arm gently guiding her over to the table.

"Hey Prompto, Noctis. I brought Norah."

"Oh- Noctis hey remember me?" Norah spoke up looking at the prince.

Noctis looked at her shocked, "Of course, you were practically attached to Luna and Ravus." He smiled slightly.

Norah smiled and sat down, they all ordered their food. All getting burgers, fries and a soda. Water for Norah. Norah talked to mostly Noctis as if she forgot about Ciel and she hadn't even spoken to Prompto yet who sat there talking with Ciel. He took a few pictures of which Norah didn't realize as she caught up with Noct.
