dear diary

its me. Catra. im really scared. im alone. Im lost. I can't even contact Adora for help. im hiding in this abandoned hospital. it doesn't seem the safest. but its working. im hiding in the attic where I have clear view of what's happening outside. but this place is infested with zombies. I can't even escape them. there's too many for me to leave this damn hospital. am I gonna die alone. no. I don't wanna die alone. im not gonna die alone. im scared. I just want Adora. she will come try find me right? I know she will. 

but I wanna document the stages of this virus.. 

I went back a few days ago to see the zombie progression then I came here and hid here. 

stage one.

the crawler. once you get bit your whole wound swells up and blisters. it takes about 2 hours for you to go into the first stage. they are still in there they can see and feel everything. I think. but they can't control what their doing. their face starts shrivelling up and wrinkling their face pale. all weight on them starts to drop depending on their wounds. if they don't have many wounds they may not lose as much weight. but if they do they can either lose all their weight till their skin is tightly wrapped on the bone or the toxic pus keeps growing inside them making them gain weight. if you attack them their screams are still humanlike and sometimes you can still hear their whispers for help for you to save them. that's them talking but there's nothing you can do to save them and there also quick to crawl but not as quick to run or walk.

stage two 

the runner. they are extremely fast and they think quick. they don't make much noise and they are pretty sneaky. it has strength like crazy. its incredibly strong. Rogelio had been turned into a runner when I went back to the fright zone. I had to kill him. it took a few hits because they use their hands to protect themselves. if you tried to hit them with a axe like I did  they just use their hands for protection letting you slice their hands. their pretty smart so I think that they still use the brain at this side. possibly the creative side of the brain has shrivelled up. leaving only the logical side right now.

stage three 

purified zombies. these zombies are extremely weak now to hits and blows but are still good at fighting. they can't protect themselves as they used to because of the pus melting them and their limbs breaking off. around the eyes it looked like a ring worm. the eyes popping out and cut around. the jaw is possibly snapped open and just dangling there but they can still bite. the pus inside them is slowly melting them but if these zombies bite for you I don't think its very good since if they bite you you will have a wound. and they have big sticky creamy pus in their mouth dribbling. the pus has entirely filled up the whole body and has loads of bacteria in such as bugs swimming in the pus dirt mixed in. their brain is now fully shrivelled up. 

stage four 

bloater. these are incredibly hard to kill.  pistols don't work for these guys. shotguns might. they have this heavy layer of blisters and dried up pus. the brain has fully shrivelled up and eaten itself. the eyes have shrivelled up too so its blind and cannot see. its slow to walk and it roars to find itself around. its extremely oversized so if you even tried ti drop anything on it such as a weight it would probably bounce off due to all the weight or pop some of the blisters which were filled with toxic pus. they can block a entire doorway so make sure whatever room your in it has more then one exit.

im really scared. I don't know what to do I mean I haven't been bit but lonnie lunged at me she was a crawler and scratched me with her teeth. it broke the skin but only the first layer. what's gonna happen to me.
