SHE-RA and the horde

day 1

sea hawk was on watch at the watch tower till he looked over at mermista at the training grounds below working her powers to their full potentiol 

"looking pretty as always!" he shouted out to her before going in his pocket pulling out a pen and a paper map and writing on it "want to go set boats on fire tomorrow?" and folding the map into a paper airplane and flying it over to her 

"what now! you need to focus!!" he would nod and look up to a massive horde charging up to the barriers he looked down at mermista and rushed down without warning anyone and got his sword out and hopped the fence running at the zombies not knowing how many there were.

"how are you holding up?" mermista looked up to the watch tower to see he was gone till she heard a bloodcurdling scream and she shouted "FROSTA RING THE BELL!!!"

The bell rang alerting everyone in the camp as mermista Adora glimmer and bow rushed out to see a massive horde and a fresh corpse

his body was unrecognisable. his body lay on the grass a twisted mass of flesh and bone. blood oozing from his slashed wounds his jaw was snapped open revealing his broken teeth and severed tongue. 

his skin was tore and shredded exposing his bare muscles and organs dangling from his chest. his limbs were were bent and dislocated his hair matted with mud, his eyes were gouged out leaving empty sockets. 

Mermista barely had time to mourn as she heard the growls and moans of the undead.

 She looked up and saw a horde of zombies emerging from the trees, drawn by the scent of blood. She grabbed her trident and stood up, ready to face them. She knew she had to fight, to survive, to honor Sea Hawk's memory.

 She felt a surge of anger and sadness, and she channeled it into her power. She summoned a wave of water and sent it crashing into the zombies, knocking them down. She followed with a barrage of water blasts, piercing their skulls and chests. She fought with a fierce determination, but also a sense of despair.

at the same time netossa stormed out holding the rest of the zombies in her net while spinarelle knocked out some with her tornados bow shot them with his bows whilst they were in the tornado Adora chased after the escaping zombies with glimmer and frost snuck out freezing mermistas water to make a spear shape with the water wave piercing the zombies.

one all the current zombies were now out they went back inside and locked the gates and barriers "frost what were you thinking you could have got yourself killed!" adora yelled

"im not a kid!! im eleven!!"

"exactly!! now just go back to the bell while we discuss who's going to be on watchtower duty now.." adora replied

"I can do it!" frost shouted 

"no your on the bell duty. I know you'll try attack them" 

frosta huffed 

 mermistra felt a cold numbness spread through her chest, as if her heart had stopped beating. She wanted to scream, to cry, to run away, but she couldn't move. She couldn't breathe. glimmer looked over at mermista "mermista..?" she reached her hand "its okay you can have. break but you need to remember if anything happens you need to take control o your emotions and-"

"glimmer give her a break she's just lost her boyfriend she needs time and space." bow explained
