[3rd POV]
It was Extermination day and Y/n wasn't looking forward to it at all. She wasn't just an Angel, but she was an exterminator, a new one at that. This was her first extermination, but she didn't even want to join in but she was being forced to. They had too many angels get hurt during the last extermination and now they were short a few people, so her sister, Lute decided to teach her the ways of an exterminator.

"Lute, I know this is your passion and everything but- I'm not all cut out for this like you think I am" Y/n spoke, pacing around her sister's house as she held the angel spear in her hand, her wings lowered behind her as she had second thoughts.

"Oh come on Y/n, get a grip. You're gonna have to get used to this because you're staying in, it'll be fine." Lute responded, grabbing her mask as she shoved Y/n's into her chest. "Aww don't tell me little n/n is scared of getting a little blood on her hands~" Adam laughed as he walked through the door, his mask already on as he was the most prepared for the extermination, it was his favorite time of year. "Plus we're thinking about moving the extermination date to 6 months." He shrugged and took a sip of the wine he had in his hand

"What?!" Y/n looked shocked and a bit angry before she calmed down and took a breath. "I-I don't know-" she started "Oh come on bitches, it's time to start the slaughter!" Adam cheered as he headed to the gates with Lute following. "This isn't gonna end well.."

In the pride ring of hell, the clouds opened up as hundreds of angels flooded the streets, masks on and spears ready. Y/n headed down and went to start killing as well, though she knew no one needed her help and she was struggling to even make an attempt to kill anyone.

All of a sudden she was tacked by a demon and she began fighting with them, getting slightly hurt in the process, but she ended up killing them so she didn't get killed. All of a sudden, black tentacles appeared from under her as she was thrown into a wall, hearing a crack from behind her as the wall broke into her wing. She let out a cry of pain that alerted her sister as she tried to go help her before she heard the sound of the extermination horns calling everyone back up to heaven.

"Lute come on we gotta go!" Adam called out to the frantic angel before grabbing her hand and forcing her back up as the clouds closed "Where is Y/n? We promised her we'd stay near her!" She began pacing around as she cursed out of anger, heading back to her house.

Back down in hell, Y/n tried to fly but couldn't due to her injured wing, her eyes widening as the sound of radio static filled her ears and caused her to pass out. She soon woke up with different demons surrounding her on a couch while talking about what to do with her. "Where am I.." "well darling, you're in the Hazbin Hotel" a tall deer demon spoke, holding a hand out to help her off the couch "I apologize about your wing, I was just protecting the hotel." He apologized before looking at the others to introduce themselves.

"I'm Angel Dust but you can just call me Angel, toots" the spider demon introduced himself. "I'm Charlie, the owner, this is my best friend, Vaggie, you've met Alastor, the deer, over there at the bar is Husker, or Husk as we call him, then this small woman is Nifty!" The blonde female introduced everyone as they all left Y/n with Vaggie and Charlie.

Almost a year later, Y/n was settled in and getting along with everyone, she wasn't as close to Alastor due to him disliking angels but he kept his peace. She had grown accustomed to everyone, but recently started to keep her distance from Charlie. She knew it was forbidden, but she had grown to like, maybe even love the princess of hell. She also didn't make a move because she thought Vaggie had something for Charlie and she didn't want to mess that up, even though it made her upset that it wasn't her.

She knew she couldn't keep these feelings in forever and wanted to talk to someone about it. "Alastor, could I talk to you for a moment?" Y/n spoke up as she walked over to him, closing the door behind her to his separate office "Sure, what is it my dear?" He sounded a bit bored, but smiled at her mood being down as always. "It's Charlie..I think- no...I know I have feelings for her..but I know I'd never be able to go back to heaven if I actually tried to do anything..." the angel spoke sadly as she sighed, her golden eyes looking anywhere around the room, watching the many eyes in the paintings that were in the room with them. "Well, I don't know much about the love thing, but I say you should be able to tell her how you feel and you'll be surprised at your response that you receive." He spoke, helping her up and flashing her a smile before leading her out of the office. "I'm sure you'll be able to come up with something."

The angel decorated a separate room that was in the hotel for Charlie, a small date planned out for the both of them before she went to go grab Charlie out of her office. She felt it would be nice because of how much stress Charlie has been under recently. "Hey Charlie, how about joining me for something to eat? I know you've been busy recently and I don't want you stressed out over all of this stuff." She walked over to Charlie and hugged her gently from the side like she normally did. "Thank you Y/n, that actually sounds very nice!"

She smiled as she got up and followed Y/n to the room in the hotel, looking around in awe at the sight before her "What is all of this for?" Charlie wondered out loud while Y/n pulled out a chair for her to sit down. "Well, I wanted to do something special for you because...I care about you and while I've been here..I've grown to like you, a lot more than I should because I'm an angel and you are a demon. I know it is forbidden, but I can't help the way I feel about you." Y/n confessed as she grabbed the food out of the basket she brought all of it in.

Charlie was silent, causing Y/n to get nervous as her wings lowered a bit from their outstretched form. "Y/n..I don't want you to get stuck here because of me, I know you have a home up there and I don't want you to lose all of that-" "I don't care about all of that, as long as I'm able to keep you safe and help you achieve this beautiful dream you have, I'll stay here forever with you.." Y/n spoke up, grabbing her hands before she smiled and kissed them gently, giggling as the princess of hell's face turned red out of embarrassment.

Y/n knew she'd get kicked out of heaven for this and her sister would be angry with her because if it, but she was willing to risk it all for the one true angel in her eyes. "I love you, Charlie.." "I love you too, Y/n"
