Sophie drifted in the darkness, everything was dark. She wasn't able to tell reality away from the nightmare. All she felt was pain everywhere, she couldn't feel one of her arms and on the other she felt strong bonds. Then she heard Gethens voice, she'd been dreading hearing their voices.

"Well it's about time the moon lark woke up." Gethens nasal voice chuckled.

Sophie tried to transmit for help, but couldn't. She was too weak to do anything, she tried to speak but couldn't even do that.

"You're not getting away, I hope you know that Sophie." Ruys voice said from somewhere.

"Should we get started?" Vesperas voice said.

"Hm, I don't know. I think you should choose." Gethen laughed menacingly. "I can't wait to see what it's like to listen to there little moonlark beg for mercy."

Sophie tried to say something but couldn't, she tried to inflict and transmit again but couldn't. She was way to weak to do anything but lay there and let them torture her.

She at first only felt a little pain in her leg, but then it hit her. The pain was so strong she found her voice even though it was barely a whisper.

"Stop, please." She begged in a scratchy whisper of a voice. She knew she shouldn't beg because that's what they wanted, but she couldn't help herself.

"No, I'd rather not." Gethens voice said from somewhere in the dark nothingness.

Sophie tried to find her voice again but couldn't, then the pain spread to her ribs becoming even more unbearable. Sophie let out a scream of pain, it was quiet but sounded horrible.

She couldn't tell how they were causing the pain, it felt like she was getting stabbed by thousands of tiny knifes at once. Every once in a while, they pain would let up for a few seconds before it started again. She cherished those seconds every here and there.

The pain lasted so long she could only count seconds, trying to keep her mind off of everything that was happening. She was still so weak that she couldn't inflict. She managed to transmit once but it was so weak and pathetic and it drained all of her energy once again. They also rewarded her with even more unbearable pain from her attempt at transmitting. She counted 4,320 seconds which is equivalent to 1 hour and 12 min before she lost count from the pain that had spread all over her body. She tried to open her eyes but couldn't. A really sharp pain spread through her body, it was the worst yet. It was so painful, she could feel herself slipping away from reality again, and back into the dark nothingness.

This chapter is so bad ngl, but whatever. I suck at describing pain and such. Anyways, have a good day/night!
