"After you." Harry held the door open for me.

"Thank you." I smiled at him. I wasn't exactly sure if this was a date, but I was hoping it was. I had secretly been developing a crush on him. I mean, how could you not when he was being so nice?

"Two?" An older waitress asked us.

"Yes, please." Harry answered.

"Follow me please." Harry grabbed my hand and we followed after the waitress. My cheeks heated up and butterflies were relentless fluttering in my stomach. The waitress led us to a booth next to a window. Harry and I say down across from each other and she handed us menus.

"Someone will be by to serve you." She told us before she walked away.

I picked up my menu and studied it, not really focusing. I could feel Harry looking at me and I wasn't sure if I was being paranoid. I peaked slightly over the top. He was looking at me! He grinned at me. I grinned back shyly and went back to looking at my menu.

"So, you know what your getting?" Harry asked, breaking the silence.

"Um," I picked a random thing. "Yeah, a cheese burger with fries." I inwardly winced when I realized how fattening that was.

"Good choice." He smiled at me. "So having fun on tour?"

"Yeah seeing Italy was awesome. I have always wanted to travel." I looked up at him from the table. He nodded. Right then a waiter came up to our table.

"Hi guys. I'm Robbie and I will be your server for the night. Can I start you off with something to drink?" He looked at me.

"May I have a water please."

"'Course. You?" He looked over at Harry.

"Pepsi would be great thanks."

"Okay. I will bring that out shortly." He winked at me and left. My eyes widened in surprise. Did he just wink at me? I turned back to Harry. He didn't look pleased. I smiled awkwardly at him, not getting why he didn't look pleased. That waiter probably did that to all his customers. Harry smiled tightly back at me. We made small talk until our drinks were brought out. The waiter smiled happily at me and took our order. He winked again and left to fill them.

"People these days." Harry grumbled.

"What? He is probably just being friendly." I reasoned.

"You don't get it Avery." He shook his head at me.

"Get what?" I wasn't aware there was something I had to get. Harry took a deep breath.

"You are a very pretty girl, Avery and he was flirting with you while you are on a date with me." He explained. I almost choked on the water I was drinking.

"He was not flirting with me." I shook my head. Harry sighed.

"You just don't see it." He mumbled. I pretended I didn't hear him. I had no clue clue what he was talking about. I was by no means pretty.

"Did you say we were on a date?" I finally realized. He smiled sheepishly.

"Yeah. I was hoping we were." I blushed and probably looked like a tomato.

"I guess we could be......"

"Good."

"Here is your food." Robbie the waiter appeared. He placed our food down and turned to me. "So maybe I could get your number."

"I think not." Harry jumped in. "She is on a date with me." Robbie looked annoyed.

"I asked for her number. Not to sleep with her." He looked disgusted. I was offended. I knew I was pretty, but he could at least hide his disgust.

"Thanks for the food." I cut in. I didn't bother to try and not sound rude. Robbie spun around and walked away. He was probably disgusted because I was fat. I looked at my food with distaste. Apparently Harry saw this.

"Don't even think about not eating that Avery. He only said that because he was rejected. Eat." I sighed and started to eat. I only ate about half and my burger and a quarter of ny fries. I told Harry I was full when he looked at my food expectantly. He sighed and paid for the food.

"Want to go to the park?" Harry asked, once we were out in the parking lot.

"Sure." I shrugged. We drove to the park that was down the street from the restaurant we were just at. "We should go on the swings." I suggested. He laughed and we walked over to the swings.

We talked about random stuff and had a contest to see who could swing the highest. I won. He claimed he let me win. I didn't believe him.

-----Next Day------

"Avery!" Louis called. "You have a phone call!"

"Okay!" I hollered back. I jumped off my bed and ran into the kitchen area where he was. He held the phone out of my reach and I had to jump to get it. "Louis." I whined.

"Say please." he chided. I huffed.

"Please give me the phone Louis." He smiled sweetly at me.

"Of course." He patted my head and walked away. I rolled my eyes at him. Strange child.

"Hello?"

"AVERY NICHOLETTE DRISCALL!" My mom bellowed into the phone. I cringed. I had forgotten to call her. "WHY HAVE YOU NOT CALLED ME?! YOU COULD HAVE BEEN DEAD! I LET YOU GO ON ONE CONDITION AND YOU BREAK THAT CONDITION! I SHOULD BRING YOU HOME!"

"No mom. I'm sorry. I completly forgot. I'm really sorry. We're really busy during the day and at night I just pass out. I'm really sorry. Please don't bring me home." She sighed.

"It's aright. As long as you don't forget I won't bring you home. So, what been so busy? Boys?" I blushed.

"Uh, no?" It sounded more like a question then a definitate answer. Of course she picked up on this.

"Spill it Avery."

"Hold on." I ran to my room and shut the door behind me. I then jumped on my bed preparing myself to divulge. "Okay so, the truth is I'm not really sure."

"What do you mean?"

"Well, Harry asked me to get something to eat with him without the boys. Then while we were there a waiter who was apparently 'flirting' with me and then Harry looked all unhappy and when I asked him why he said it was because he was flirting with me while I was on a date with him. And then we went to the park." I said this all basically in one breath.

"Oooh!" She squealed like a teenager. "Sounds like he likes you!"

"Moooom." I groaned. I felt my face get red as well. We talked for a little bit longer and then she put my sister on the phone. I talked to her about pointless stuff and the new guy she is dating. Lastly, my brother got on the phone.

"So you eating now?" he asked bluntly.

"What? Yeah. Of course. I always have."

"Don't lie Avery. I know you haven't. I know what Tracey was saying about you. I saw all the comments on Facebook."

"Oh." Was all I managed to say.

"Yeah. So are you eating now?"

"Yeah I am. Don't tell mom about the whole not eating thing please."

"I won't as long as you promise to continue eating."

"I promise. Harry is on top of me all the time now making sure I am. The other boys now as well."

"Good. Bye, Avery."

"Bye, Dustin."
