Iris laid on her bed, enjoying the cool from the air-conditioner while eating cookies that were arranged on a flat plate; and reading 'The Golden Book Of Encyclopedia'. She thought it was a great book to find out interesting topics for her to say in class tomorrow as the geography teacher told each of them to find out topics they felt no one knew.
She wasn't doing this cause she still wanted to be the first place rich first class girl she had always been, she did it cause she was scared. She was scared that Xavier would actually be smarter than her which has never been possible for anyone. Just as she was about revising... "It's dinner time." Eric entered her room abruptly and left.
Okay, she got to be locking that door, and what's with little kids and no manners.
She had dinner without engaging in any fights or much conversation. It was just her food and herself.
Honestly, was it just her?,or is it that food is the most important thing in the world?
No,that came out wrong, food is definitely the most important thing in the world. Laughs.
She loved video games and was off to play with her common group of virtual friends. Oh yeah, and this is part of it, knowing her as time tells.
She had 4 friends from COD that were virtual, how sad?
There was this particular guy that dared to be better than her at it but she always triumphs, evil laughs.
His username was ROOK.
Ha! She tried not to laugh the first day she heard it; she loved hers. It was simple and okay SUNFLOWER.
Talking of Rook he just messaged to play and there she was shrugging at the fact that someone smart was just about to take her glory, but she accepted anyway and decided to bring the game on.
The game was rough, honestly Rook was good she couldn't deny so she called Josh to help cause Rook wouldn't have the slightest idea and then, she won...or should I say Josh won the battle.
Thank God. Cheers to big brothers that were good at video games.
Oopsies it was 9:45 and she hadn't slept yet.
Okay this may sound weird but Little Iris isn't one to sleep late, she needed her beauty sleep. Mom always taught her that.
Sleep is something effortless, yet so much profiting,of all teens staying awake at night, maybe on their gadgets or probably reading a novel or something, she was different. Sleep was Sleep, and she needed it. Hey that rhymed.
She woke up thirty minutes before her alarm went off and she was grateful. Yeah I know what you're thinking 'If she has an alarm clock why does she still get woken up?'
Believe me it's a long story. The good thing is that she has it now and it'll be her own time to annoy her siblings too,but she shook that thought off,Why?,cause it was stupid. How?, cause she got other purposeful things to do than that.
She quickly straightened her bed,she couldn't just allow the maids to come in her room and do things for her,she wasn't lazy.
Okay,a bit lazy..... Fine, she was kinda lazy but she knew things that really mattered and engaged to do them effectively.
She worked out for about eight minutes and had her shower. She dried her hair and then wore an extremely baggy red t-shirt with baggy black cargo pants and Nike shoes.
She tied her hair low, leaving two strands of curly perfect hair down her face. She wore her bracelet and necklace, putting the gold pendant in her shirt, and just like other days she grabbed her backpack and went downstairs.
