Chapter 6

It was pretty early in the morning. Y/n has woken up early as today is the day him and Yui will be starting their new class. He wasn't really that excited as he needed to be there after school, which was tiresome already. But he didn't care enough, if he can help and look out for Yui, then he will throw his life away to save her.

While Y/n was fixing his hair, he noticed that Yui was still asleep. He sighs as he went to her room and sees her snoring peacefully on her bed. She was smiling.... Probably having a wet dream or something.

Y/n walks over to her and grabs her alarm clock, he made sure to set it later in the morning as he places it down. He then walks to the door as he gets ready for the special Y/n technique that always wakes everyone up.

Y/n: YUI! WAKE UP! WE ARE RUNNING LATE! 

Y/n shouts as it startled Yui. Yui was shocked as she turns to the alarm clock and her face went pale.

Y/n: Guren says that if we are late once on our first day, HE WILL BAN US FOREVER!

Y/n overdramatically exclaimed as Yui runs past him to get to the bathroom. Y/n smirks as he went downstairs to prepare breakfast.

While Y/n was making breakfast, he hears footsteps behind him and felt someone punching his back. It wasn't hard or anything but it was enough to make him stumble a bit.

Yui: I hate you

Y/n turns around to see a blushing Yui, she walks to the table and sits down on it. Still blushing.

Y/n: Well you should have realized that I am always an ass when it comes to waking up everyone

Y/n chuckles as he plates the eggs and toasts. Two of each on the plate as he gave a plate to Yui and then sitting down with a plate of his own. Yui blushes more

Yui: That technique you call, waking everyone up? Gives everyone a heart attack

Y/n: Relax, I came with back up plans in case that happens

Y/n says as he eats his food as Yui ate her food as well. The both of them finishes their breakfast as they put on their shoes.

With that said, the two went down to the subway and waited for their train to arrive. After it arrives, Y/n and Yui enters it and waits patiently for their destination. Yui yawns a bit as Y/n was on his phone. Yui leans onto Y/n's shoulder to rest a little bit. Y/n didn't mind as he just puts an arm around her to keep her comfy

If you were on this train, you would think that they are a couple

Anyways, the day went on as normal. Except during Lunch, Guren had to call for Y/n to see him. So he had to leave Yui with their new friend Yoichi. Y/n went to the rooftop as he looks around before seeing a red haired girl that looks a little older than him and Guren

Guren smiles as he walks up to Y/n

Guren: Glad you can make it

Y/n: What is this about Guren?

Guren: You see, Yui has already proven herself to be worthy to be in this special class

Guren says as he walks behind Y/n and taps his shoulders

Guren: But not you. You have not proven yourself at all

Y/n: What about my fight in that dungeon? Doesn't that mean anything at all?

Guren: While your fight at the dungeon was pretty stunning, you did break the rules of heading in there. Besides, the higher ups are not satisfied that this is the display of strength you can display
