Blaze's eyes slowly began to open to see himself in a hospital room.

"Argh...Where am I?"Blaze muttered to himself under his breath as he tried to get up by himself with his one hand placed on his stomach.

"Hey, take it easy buddy.", a familiar gruff voice spoke to Blaze as they tried to assist him.

"Is he awake, honey?", a sweeter voice asked.

"Yes, Zoey.", the man stated.

Blaze looked up to see his father sitting on a chair by his bedside.

"Oh my gosh!", another voice exclaimed as they pulled Blaze in for a tight hug. "We were so worried about you!"

Blaze squinted at first until his eyes adjusted to the brightness of the room. He saw Nora and his parents. Blaze rethought about everything again.

"Wait...dad...weren't you guys on a business trip?"Blaze asked. "Oh shit, What time is it? What day is it? How long was I out for?"Blaze asked as he looked around frantically. "Where is she?"

"Blaze, you need to relax.", Alexander stated.

"I'll call Damien quickly.", Nora said.

Damien did a check up on Blaze to make sure his body was in good condition.

"Is she at least okay?"Blaze asked.

They all were in silence and Alexander signalled for them to leave the room.

"You were out for three months," Alexander replied.

The heart monitor that Blaze was on began to beep rapidly.

"Ella is okay. She's safe. After you collapsed she tried to kiss you, hoping that you two would be able to swap powers, nothing worked. Ella saw your cell phone on you so she called me. We came here as soon as we could while we directly asked her what to do in the meantime. She couldn't get a hold of Jason because Aella wrote a 'Thank you' note for killing Edward and left.", Alexander answered Blaze's questions.

"Did she tell you where she was going?"Blaze asked as he drank some water.

"Yes. She doesn't want you to know.", Alex said. "Blaze...We got news about Ella."

"What do you mean?", Blaze asked in bewilderment.

"The true family lost their daughter due to an awful accident but they believe that she was alive. Edward found her and discovered her powers. He exploited it to his own advantages. She wrote a confession letter and saved you. He gave her to an orphanage.", Alex answered. "A couple months before you were born, her true father wrote an article about our wedding. I discovered the article when our memories were erased."

"Wha...what is she doing now?", Blaze asked, hoping that his father caught on to the hint.

"She's a novel writer. She quit her journalistic life and decided to follow her heart.", Alex responded.

"Is she at least happy?", he asked.

"That's for her to tell...", Alex mumbled.

"Well, I guess you're right."

The Griffin family sat down in silence and ate their meals. Alexander stopped abruptly and placed his fork and knife down on the plate.

"Blaze. I'm disowning you."Alex stated which made everyone freeze. "I know a man in love when I see one. I want to apologise for forcing you to live our lifestyle, expecting you to change and for dropping the company on your lap like that.But if you sign the papers, you would have to give your whole life into work and I highly doubt that you would like it. So the choice is up to you.", Alex stated as he passed the papers towards Blaze.
