Chapter 28

Y/n's POV

A bright light began to blind me. I didn't know where I was but it was very narrow. I couldn't really see anything through the light until I heard a faint crack. "My brothers and sisters, we greet our..." the voice fell silent, perplexed, and a huge shadow appeared in front of me. My vision became a little clearer and I saw a tall figure with long white hair that had many eyes on it. It wore a long light blue dress and had brown skin with bright, glowing eyes. "Three angels?" The figure asked, examining me before looking to my left and right. "Wow, there's never been anything like this before!" she marveled as she then turned to the others happily. "Welcome our 3 new angels! May they bring peace, life and creativity into our existence." She announced to us before the large structure turned back and forth. "My name is Sera and I am the eldest of the Seraphim. I and my people created you to ensure our well-being. Do you think you are ready for this? Lucifer.. Y/n and Roo." she smiled down at us with her hands together. Now I looked at the two sitting next to me for the first time. Roo had long black hair and a serious childlike face on hers. On the other side Lucifer who looked at me with shining eyes. He had two red cheeks on his pale skin and blonde hair which made him appear even fairer. "Hey Y/n!" he happily shook my hand. "And Roo!" he added, ambushing us. The two of us giggled childishly to ourselves while Roo remained rather quiet the whole time. I looked at our sister confused. "Why are you looking so grim?" I asked unsuspectingly with a big question mark over my forehead. Lucifer's head peeks out from behind me, his cheeks puffing out in offense. "Yeah! Common laugh with us!" he complained and Sera had to giggle a bit too, but she hid this by hiding her mouth behind her hand. "But I don't think you're funny!" Roo nagged snidely and I crossed my arms across my chest before simply falling onto my bottom. "That's mean Roo!" I stated offended and looked away. "Why are you so mean!" Lucifer cried, plopping down next to me. Sera interrupted our little argument and began floating in the air with us. "I know you'd rather play something, but we have to prepare you." She said calmly smiling and pointing to the city in front of us. "On what??" I asked cautiously. "To your meeting with the Lord. The Creator of all this!" Sera announced to us, rising into the air and flying around once. She teleported us into a room in which many cute little animals flew towards us. Like a deer or a lamb. They had huge sparkling eyes and had a sweet smile on their face. "Who are you ?" Roo asked, disliked by their cuteness. However, I already hold a little flying rabbit that made me laugh. "Y/n let that thing go! Who knows where it's been!" she said frantically and snatched the rabbit out of my hand. My eyes started to get glassy and I was about to cry. "Well, well, my child, don't cry.." a deep but still pleasantly gentle voice suddenly calmed me down. I looked from behind my hands wiping away my tears and was blinded by a bright light. "Sorry, we're a little late." Sera apologized, bowing slightly. Lucifer, Roo and I looked up and down at the person in amazement. The one in front of us stood bent over to look at us closely. "What sweet little angels. Did they all hatch at the same time?" he asked patting my head. "To be honest, all three of them hatched from one egg." Sera giggled a little and four eyes appeared next to the man in front of us, flying next to him. He could probably see us through them because his hat was sitting low on his forehead. "WHAT!!? Cough cough. I meant what?" he asked Sera incredulously, opening each of his four eyes in shock. "They were created from one energy." "Wow, really amazing. You three are destined for greatness." he winked with his two left eyes. I looked up at him in amazement, my eyes shining. "Destined for greatness..."

"n??? Y/n?? Y/N!!!?" I was suddenly shaken hard and looked at the person who ripped me out of my thoughts. Sir Pentious looked at me slightly confused. "Everything OK??" he asked in a hiss, raising an eyebrow. I shook my head, perplexed, to regain my senses. "Hm? Oh yeah! Everything's great!" I giggled, rubbing my neck and looking at the cannibals next to us. They also looked at me confused and I asked them to continue training with the spears. I noticed Pentious's gaze flickering towards me the whole time. "I'm feeling really good I was just thinking about something." I justified myself and turned to the cannibals. "Okay, that's enough for today! You did a great job again today!" I said, clapping my hands and getting ready to go to the hotel. "Ehh Y/n, I know it's none of my business, but if there's anything on your mind, feel free to talk to me." He smiled sweetly and I looked up at him gratefully. "Thank you very much Pentious." I smiled at him as his face became a little nervous and he played uncomfortable with his fingers. "I have to then hehe. Bye!" he said nervously and quickly disappeared behind the entrance door. Confused, I looked after him and wanted to follow when suddenly two hands placed on my shoulder. I was so frightened that I jumped up briefly before I turned to my frightener turned around. "Alastor!!! Stop scaring me." I breathed out of my breath and he just grinned down at me. "Did Sir Pentious sprint away because of you?" I giggled amused, whereupon Alastor just shrugged his shoulders in mock ignorance. "You liar! Of course you scared him ?" I smiled up at him. "Well, my love, I've noticed that you've been thinking a lot lately." he stated and I rubbed my arms a little. "I just thought a little about my childhood." I grinned calmly and got a call. I looked confused at my phone and recognized the name of a good friend of mine. "Stola's darling, how are you?" I asked happily and looked up at Alastor. I put my phone in front of my mouth so I could be heard better. "I'm fine, thank you. We haven't heard from each other in a long time so I thought I'd call you." I heard him say and was as happy as a little child. Alastor examined me jumping up and down in amusement. "How sweet of you! Well, what's going on with you and our little Blitzø now, hmm?" I grinned mischievously. I heard him exhale a little concerned, which made me look confused. "Well, not quite well... But that's not for talking about. At the moment i have way too much to do with Stella anyway." he complained and I laughed a little. "Ohh but what's with the radio demon of ?" I opened my eyes in shock and looked embarrassed at Alastor, who looked at me with a raised eyebrow and grinned "What's with him...?" I giggled nervously and pretended I didn't know anything. "Well, you wanted to-" "Whatever!" I interrupted the owl and could almost feel his confused look through the phone. "Well.. What do you think if we meet again tomorrow, hmm??? Having a little chat and a walk." "That would be really great, Stolas, but we have a lot to do here at the hotel right now. You know that the extinction will begin again soon." He agreed with me somewhat sadly and it broke my heart. Stolas was one of the kindest demons I know. If someone hurts him, they can dress warmly. Alastor put his hand on my shoulder and gave me a reassuring nod. A sign that I could go, which made me squeal. "Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you Alastor!!" I rejoiced and happily hugged him. He held me on my back with one hand and when he let me down I gave him a big kiss on the cheek. "What's going on now?" Stolas asked interestedly and I answered. "Stolas, I'll be with you tomorrow at 1 p.m. don't forget me." I grinned and so did he happy now. We said goodbye and then hung up before I looked up at Alastor again. "Thank you Alastor, you are a sweetheart." I grinned and wrapped my arms around his neck. "Everything for you my Love. I'll take over your training sessions and in return you'll tell me what you wanted from me." he grinned down at me determinedly. I tilted my head a little. "What do you mean?" I asked. "Your little friend just told something about that you just wanted something the radio demon. What did you want from me?" he grinned, getting closer and closer to my face. I swallowed nervously. "Well yeah... It doesn't really matter, it was half a year ago Alastor." I said, waving it off and running a little further to the front door. Before I could open it, Alastor grabbed my wrist and turned me back to him. With his other hand he grabbed my cheeks and pressed them together a little so that I had to make a light kiss with my lips. "Tell me the truth. If it wasn't that important it probably wasn't anything bad." he grinned, just a few millimeters away from my face. "The only problem is. I used to want a lot of things from you and I got most of them." I shrugged and he let go of my cheeks again. "I really don't know what Stolas was getting at but before it turned into something unpleasant I stopped him from continuing to talk." I giggled embarrassedly. "Is that enough of an answer for you?" I asked leaning towards him with my eyes closed. "Yes, I think that should be fine." he grinned at me and we went to the hotel.
