ANS- In part 7, it is mentioned that Jisoo's grandparents have passed away. However, it is important to note that the ones who have passed away are her paternal grandparents. Her maternal grandparents are the ones who are currently alive.

Q- Why in the first part it was referred that both the sisters were from orphanage?

ANS-  In the first part, it is stated that both sisters were left in an orphanage. This was done intentionally to help Jisoo's mind cope with the trauma of her past. Irene, after Jisoo woke up from her coma, told her that they were from an orphanage to prevent her from having to relive painful memories. Jisoo only discovered the truth about their background 1-2 years ago

Q- Why I didn't clear that they weren't orphans at the start?

ANS- The reason why it wasn't initially clarified that they weren't orphans was to maintain the thrill and suspense of the story. Revealing this information later on adds an element of surprise and keeps the readers engaged.
