Blossom Pov

Me and Brick arrive at a small dinner that says 24/7 on the sign.

Brick was pretty quiet on our ride over not really saying much, he did caress my thighs a little as we got to a stop light.

And he gave me another kiss before we got out of the car as well.

I don't know why but I feel that me and Bricks relationship had changed a lot more than before.

Brick leads me inside settling down at an empty booth. I sit down on the opposite side of Brick. He glances at me and hands be a menu.

"So..do you come here often."

"No just for a late night snack sometimes."

He purses his lips and stops talking focusing on his menu. I glance around, the dinner was more rustic looking than modern.

It had a 90's juice box near the main entrance and most of the booths where red and black. I look back at my menu.

They had a full English menu, plain black coffee, French fries and burgers.

Brick calls over a waitress to take our order. He gets 2 burgers with extra pickles and a vanilla milkshake.

I get large French fries with plain coffee.

When the waitress is completely gone I look back at Brick who was doing something on his phone.

I look at my phone, it was nearly 6. There was a text from Bubbles, saying to make sure to go home early.

I text her back saying that I will. 8 texts from Brick and 3 missed calls.

I smirk to myself, I really didn't answer my phone. "Just realised I really didn't answer my phone."

Brick looks up from his phone to look at me. "It's okay, I was still able to find you."

He shrugs it off. He looks around a bit before settling back on me. "Why are you so far away."

Brick gestures to the round booth and me sitting opposite to him. I didn't really know if he wanted me next to him or not.

"I don't know, just cause."

My response doesn't seem to make him happier as he just sighs. "Come over here."

I move inside the circle  of the booth only stopping to be a little far away from Brick. He was quite weird sometimes.

I don't know if that worries me or just annoys me.

"Closer."

I look Brick, he didn't have any joking behaviour towards him. I move so were a friendly distance away from each other.

"That good enough for you." I feel like I'm a reasonable distance away from him.

This whole situation was weirding me out. Brick seems unfazed by me being here, like if I wasn't here it would matter.

I stand up, "I'm going to the toilet."

I don't let him answer just heading to the cubicles. I don't know what was even going on. Part of me wants to just go home and shower, and the other part wants to help and embrace Brick's unusual behaviour.

I sigh leaning on the toilet sink. Things were different, or was it just me. I wash my hands before heading out to Brick.

He now had his hood up. It was very noticeable. Was he depressed, bipolar. I shake my head if he was depressed he sure doesn't show any symptoms.
