Light leads us into the Colorless Guard Headquarters. Candles glow low in nearly every single of the windows, an old tradition to keep darkness away but turned into just another piece of Steve's culture.

It was weird, when I first showed up I kept almost all of the customs I'd learned over the years safely tucked away. After my first year here I started to show my customs, having made a small shrine to Jupiter in the rainbow hub.

Funny story with that once Reverse had shown up whilst Light and Rainbow were away. I had been praying worthlessly for a way to return home. He entered and once seeing I was praying and stood there till I finished. Then he pulled out a book and started to ask me questions.

I guess somehow Void got that book since during my time in captivity there was a shrine. Which was nice, I guess? Truthfully it's a little strange to me. Even the Blue Steve's ask a lot of questions.

"So La Rue-" Light began once we had all sat down, only to be cut off by Clarisse. Who was refusing to sit, holding her spear in her hands as if she'd be attacked at the tip of a hat.

"Jason. Where are we? Who are these? What are they? Why are you wearing a blindfold? How in the names of the gods do we get back to camp?" Clarisse probed, her hands tightening around her spear. I could sense the electricity that was held in her spear crackling to life.

"One, Where not on our planet. This is the Steve Realm. Two, These are Light, the albino one. Time, the longhaired one next to me. Happy, the one in the armor behind you. Leather, the one behind me." I started calmly, as long as no violence broke out I would try to control the situation.

"Three, Steve's the ruling species in this Realm. There are seven main kinds of Steve's but I won't get into it since I know you wouldn't be interested. Four, my eyes have become incredibly sensitive to light. Five, you think I'd still be here if I knew how to get out?" I say, retorting to her last question with a question of my own.

That was probably not the smartest thing to do but I've experienced death three times. I'm pretty sure Pluto would just send me right back.

"Sabre, why did that thing call you Jason?" Light asks and I sigh as I hear Maimer slice through the air, I hear the dull thunk as the spear lands in the body of an animal that had been peacefully grazing outside. Soon the animal squeals as it is electrocuted.

"I am Clarisse La Rue, daughter of the god of war, violence, battlelust, and rage. I am Ares' favorite daughter and I shall not be slighted by the likes of you!" Clarisse yells, hands slamming down on the dark oaken table. The force of an enraged demigod forcing the wood directly under her hands to give out. She wore a sneer similar to the one Percy told us of Ares wearing whilst fighting him. I sigh and rub the bridge of my nose as I lean back.

"Is it too late to change my choice and go to Elysium?" I ask no-one but the shadows, but knowing Pluto he was probably listening. Curse that god, I thought I'd be returned to my body, not given a new one and thrown to the wind. Yes, I call Hades Pluto. That's what I called him since I woke up in Camp Jupiter, I'm gonna continue.

"Clarisse, calm, it's not the worst thing you could be called." I say as I sit up, running my hand over my lips, feeling the scar that crossed the skin. Clarisse glared at me, she stared for a few minutes before lowering her head and sighing as she chewed on her own lip. A habit I saw many demigods possessed.

A soft sigh leaves her as she looks up at me, I may be blindfolded but I know the emotion on her face. Fear. Fear was something every demigod had expected on every quest, but Clarisse held strong everytime.

But not now, this wasn't a quest, there was no Elysium waiting for the dead heros, no way of contacting our godly parent, or our mortal parent.

I sigh and lift the blanket that had been thrown over me by Happy. She started it back whilst Rainbow was still with us. Since my second revival, I can't seem to maintain a normal body temperature.

She stares at me before waking over and caving in on me, she was a lot lighter than she looked. She buried her face into the soft material of the blanket, a gentle yet strong arm wrapped around me. I softly wrap her in the blanket and lean my head on her shoulder.
