As I gathered up the scattered photographs, my mind still reeling from the shock of seeing Jimin's image among them, I turned to face him, my heart pounding with a mixture of curiosity and apprehension.

"Jimin, do you know anything about these photographs?" I asked, my voice trembling slightly as I held up the picture of him from ancient times.

At first, Jimin's expression was one of genuine confusion, as if he were just as baffled by the photographs as I was. He shrugged nonchalantly, a hint of uncertainty flickering in his eyes.

"I... I'm not sure, Y/N," Jimin replied hesitantly, his gaze flicking away from mine. "I mean, they look old, but I don't recognize anyone in them."

I frowned, sensing that Jimin was holding something back. There was a tension in the air between us, a silent question that hung unspoken between us.

But just as I was about to press him further, Jimin let out a sigh, his shoulders slumping in defeat. He looked at me with a mixture of guilt and resignation, as if he were about to reveal a long-held secret.

"Alright, Y/N," Jimin said, his voice barely above a whisper. "I think it's time I told you the truth."

And with that, he began to unravel the tangled web of secrets that had been hidden from me for so long, each word bringing us closer to the truth of Emily's diary and the mysteries that lay buried within its pages

                        Jimin' POV

As I stood before Y/N, my heart pounded with nervous anticipation. The weight of the truth I was about to reveal hung heavy on my shoulders, and I couldn't shake the feeling of apprehension that gnawed at my insides.

I had kept the secrets of the past hidden for far too long, but now, faced with the opportunity to finally lay them bare, I couldn't help but feel a sense of unease. What if Y/N couldn't handle the truth? What if my words shattered the fragile illusion of normalcy we had built around us?

But deep down, I knew that I couldn't continue to deceive Y/N any longer. She deserved to know the truth, no matter how painful or difficult it may be. And if not today, then when? If I didn't find the courage to speak now, I feared that the opportunity would slip through my fingers forever.

Taking a deep breath, I met Y/N's gaze, steeling myself for what was to come. I could see the flicker of curiosity and concern in her eyes, and I knew that she sensed that something was amiss.

"Y/N," I began, my voice steady despite the turmoil raging within me. "There's something I need to tell you. Something... something that I should have told you a long time ago."

As the words tumbled from my lips, I felt a weight lift from my chest, replaced by a sense of relief and vulnerability. The truth was out now, laid bare for Y/N to see, and all I could do was hope that she would understand.
