On the day of the exams, the questions on the paper were not too hard, some were seen as difficult, but not the majority, so Makoto had an easy time with it, meanwhile Junpei and Kiana on the other hand were struggling.
And of course, there was the practical exam as well, not everything is based on academics here... well, sort of which will also give their rankings
For males, there's no such thing as ranks, only the title of "Knight" while the Valkyries are given S, A, B, C and D and depending on the rank, the more capable one is for certain missions. For an easier time, males are also given ranks even as knights so that they don't go charging into battle only to be hit by a stray energy blast.
That being said, the Honkai are given ranks as well
Judgment Class Honkai beasts are extremely strong. Their appearance is usually tied to the progress of a civilization. To subdue, they require teams of Valkyries, preferably with a few S-ranks in the lineup.
Emperor Class Honkai beasts are the second strongest class of Honkai beasts. They can be subdued with a lineup of A-Rank Valkyries.
Templar Class are the third strongest class of Honkai beast. They can be subdued with a lineup of B-Rank Valkyries, or by a sole A-Rank Valkyrie.
Chariot Class Honkai beasts are the fourth strongest class of Honkai beast. They can be subdued by B-Rank Valkyries.
And so on, so forth, the lower the class, the easier the mission would be for a Valkyrie/Knight, so these exams help to evaluate ones skill.
Time skip
Finally, exams were over as Makoto can get back to doing social links as he waits for the results. As such, he was given a text from Otto to come meet him at Shicksal, which he did as Otto was waiting in the lounge.
