Lana spent the next week in a state of lucidity, of course still passing classes with the same degree of confidence. But there was a certain lack luster in her performance, on the outside she looked like her normal self. But on the inside was a raging storm threatening to break free and blow everything and everyone around her. Snape could see it in her eyes Everytime she walked in for potions class, he sighed inwardly at the expression on her lovely face. He felt desperate to apologize for hurting her, for making her feel like he used her to such a degree.

She had spent the previous days held up in her room crying, screaming into her pillow and trying to contain the flames that ravaged her heart. As she was working on a scroll in potions she felt eyes on her head. She looked up weary and saw Snape staring at her with a concerned expression, she glared at him with an intense fury her hair burning slightly. The scroll was a simple brew to reverse the effects of the cruciatus curse one of the three unforgivable curses used by dark wizards, said to feel like white hot knives digging through your skin. She finished her scroll immaculately before the bell rang for lunch. She was just about to leave when Snape called out her name, she felt her hair burning and palms sizzling as she walked up to him.

He sensed her dark demeanor as she walked up to him slowly her hair smoking and hands were burning, the anger in the air was palpable to him. He cleared his throat as soon as the other students started filing out of the room.

SS:Lana I just wanted to check on you as your professor, and say I am sorry for how I had handled this situation with you and me.

She laughed darkly at this comment, her voice was gravely and strong as she looked him dead in the eyes for the first time in a week. Her eyes glowed with an intense rage a hue of red around her irises and her hair billowed over her head as if it was a crown of flames. Sizzling tears that could boil a normal humans skin trailing down her delicate skin as she stared at him.

L: Save your Breath Snape, if you know what's good for you. You used me and toyed with my emotions as if I were nothing more than a child. I am far beyond your comprehension.

He looked at her terrified as he gulped from her rage fueled gaze, she turned to walk out of the room before she blew it off its hinges. But stopped in the doorway of the classroom.

L: if you so much as speak in my general vicinity again I would hate to see what would happen to you.

She left the room for the forbidden Forrest, she needed to let out some steam from the inside rage that was bubbling out from every corner of her every being. Most importantly like this reminded her that the power of the phoenix that she retained was far beyond any other wizards comprehension, well all but he who shall not be named and Dumbledore.
